Russ is such a sweet boy. He loves all the attention and has plenty of energy to do anything you ask of him. He’s great with other dogs and kids. He’s house trained fine but has chewed a kids toy here or there when left out. He’s 4 years old, we’ve had him 2.5 of this years. We love him dearly but he needs more time than we are able to give. He’s a snuggler and his absolute favorite thing is to chase a laser light. He’s 50% poodle, 25% golden retriever, and 25% yellow lab. He is not hypoallergenic.

Due to changes in our family situation, we must find a new home for our male adult golden/flat coat retriever mix, Odin, aged 8. He is a Golden Retriever (75%)/Flat Coat (25%) mix. His father was AKC pure-bred golden and mother half golden/half flat coat. He was born at Cedar Groves Kennel in Tacoma. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He is healthy, playful, and gentle with children and other pets. Odin is approximately 90 lbs. He is house trained and know basic commands. He is calm and loving, loves to cuddle, and loves long walks or hikes. He plays well with other dogs and has been friendly to cats. We are heartbroken to let him go, but we want him to have the best life possible with a family that can give him the attention and care he deserves.

Jayden is a sweet & handsome boy! Still very young, at only 1.5 years old! He absolutely needs a family with kids! This boy loves kids!! He is very loyal and is eager to learn. He loves to walk, is house trained, crate trained, and loves playing brain games. He knows basic commands. He is great with other dogs, and even submits to snappy small dogs (he's encountered a few). He would do well in a home with a dog sibling to play with! He is okay with cats, but needs more training with them. If they run, he chases. He was dumped by his previous owner, and because of that, he takes a bit of time to trust people. When we found him, he was very scared, but after a week of settling in, he fit in wonderfully with our home! Jayden is the perfect family dog & is ready to be loved forever! She is a friendly, 8-year-old, 79 lb Golden Retriever/Lab mix who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA in hopes of finding her forever home here in WA! Lady is a very sweet dog that walks well on leash and loves to go on adventures. Overall, she walks well on a leash, but she is a strong girl and will pull on the leash should she see something she’d like to check out. She already knows basic commands such as "sit" and "shake" and takes treats gently. Lady is very smart and a quick learner, which will make training a breeze! She would love a home with a yard where she can explore and lounge! Due to her size and strength, we are recommending kids over 10 years old. She can be dog selective, so her ideal home would be a one dog household where she can soak up all the love and attention from her people. Overall, Lady is an awesome dog with so many great qualities and would love to spend the rest of her days in a loving forever home rather than a commercial kennel. She will make a great adventure companion and wonderful addition to any lucky household. Lady is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $400.

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Say hello to Binks! He is a 1 1/2-year-old, 50lb Golden Retriever/Pit Bull mix, who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter in CA. He is one big butterball of love! He is very sweet but is strong and can be bouncy and mouthy so he will need an adopter who is committed to working on his overall basic obedience skills with him. He is very smart, and food motivated and does well with training. He is generally well behaved, loves meeting new people and does well in a crate. He does well with other dogs, but mostly enjoys attention from his people. He loves to crawl and roll around in the grass and would love a home with a securely fenced yard where he can run, play and crawl. We are recommending no young children due to his bouncy nature right now. He is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $450.
