My family and I are looking for a new home for our sweet dog. He is a Goldendoodle (70% poodle, 30% golden retriever) with DNA testing included. He has been wonderful with my four kids and has always been gentle, friendly, and social. He gets along well with other dogs from what we’ve seen, and he loves being part of a family. He does have a lot of energy and sometimes jumps when he gets excited, so he would do best with someone who has time to work with him or give him space to run. He also likes to dig in the backyard, which is just part of his playful personality. He is groomed every two months at a local groomer, and he has had his first round of shots. He is not neutered and does not have his rabies shot yet, but he has been healthy and well cared for. We are rehoming him only because our schedule is overwhelming — I’m a full‑time student, full‑time employee, and a parent of four. Our backyard is small, and none of the kids have time to play with him. He deserves better home.

I came in with my brother/pal Fluff. We are seniors and being overlooked due to our age but I believe our advanced age makes us ever the more wise and life experienced. I am very sweet and friendly as is characterized by the breeds. Both are family dogs, playful, sweet, loving, affectionate and attentive in terms of loyalty and obedience. I don’t know if we will stay together I’m not sure but I just want to exit the shelter TAS, and my hope is starting to fade that I will find my forever family who loves and adores me like deserved.

She is expected to be low-shedding (not non-shedding), though as with any doodle mix, that comes with no absolute guarantee! Lumi has already proven to be good with other dogs, and while her behavior around cats and young children hasn't been tested yet, her sweet disposition and adaptable nature give her fantastic potential for those who are willing to introduce them properly. The person that brought her said she listens well and is already housetrained. She is currently nicely groomed, and her new owner should expect to keep that up monthly, so definitely consider those costs and time commitment before adopting! Lumi is scheduled for her spay procedure on September 1st and will be ready to head to her new home as early as September 2nd.
