Story
Mila is an older dog. Already house trained, she will sit by the door when she wants to go out. She is 5, the vet says she is overweight. Mila loves "human" food, so much so that she will snatch if off of the counter, or your plate if left unattended. One of the unfortunate habits she has is the food snatching, eating of poops, and barking. The barking is anytime someone walks by the house, goes near the door, rings the doorbell, comes into the house. I have gotten numerous complaints about the barking. Mila has a very loud, deep bark, (Cujo loud), but when you meet her, she mostly flops on the floor and looks at you. She LOVES you to pet her, she will paw you to pet her non-stop. While waiting for someone to drop some snacks.

Not good with cats, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
She barks very seldom unless unknown person comes to the house. Her special needs is that she was harmed by a groomer and so when she is going to the groomer she gets upset and needs meds to go through it. Cold Water Grooming has been working with her (Cami is excellent) so patience and care is needed. She is friendly but she is cautioned at first. She does do well with some dogs but not with others. She holds her own with on year old black poodle. The reason is she has the side of the Golden Retriever and my husband is very allergic to her. That has made it difficult for her because she wants Lee to pet and love on her but he can't and she really doesn't understand. She loves treats. She has never been aggressive to anyone and usually my guests are dog lovers and she is patient wanting their attention. She usually comes when called but not always. She is trained .. and that might be a misnomer because I put her out often throughout the day. She gets antsy when she have go.
