Story
We got Lady as a puppy back in 2020 from a breeder of a couple litters of golden doodles by the same parents. Over the years we have gotten busier and we have a young child. Lady has never snapped or bitten anyone or another dog but her temperament does not seem to be suited for a child that will crawl on her or tug at her. Otherwise, we have never seen aggressive behavior. I want her to be able to go to a new home where the owners have plenty of time for her and can provide the life she deserves. Thank you !!

Story
Hi, this is KC, she was born Nov 26, 2020. She's from a local breeder of Golden Doodles. We are having behavioral issues with KC, specifically with resource guarding toys, food and attention competing with our two other dogs. She is such a lover and is 100% interested in human attention versus playing with the other 2 dogs. In the last year our daughters have left the house for college and work, my wife and I work and just cant provide enough attention for her. It is a very difficult decision to rehome KC but she needs a home where she can be with people and not other dogs. She's good with cats as we've had cats but our daughters took them when they left for college and careers. She'll need regular grooming so be prepared for that expense. She is fixed but has had 2 litters with the breeder. Up to date on all shots and seen by our vet regularly.

Story
We’ve had Cooper since he was a puppy, we love him and he’s a part of our family. Trying to rehome him is not something I do lately and I’ve been thinking about it for a very long time, will only do it in the right situation. I guess at this point in my life (I am now retired) I cannot match Cooper’s needs. I have a fenced in yard and his happiest times are to be outside all day. He’s fine with other dogs, children, other animals. He literally almost doesn’t seem to care about them, he’s so focused on his ball lol. He takes instructions well. He’s never been destructive in the house or gone to the bathroom etc but he does tend to bark a lot when I leave and he gets very anxious when there are new people at the house and anything is ‘different’. Cooper needs to be in a consistent family environment, potentially with children who like to play with a dog, and with a caregiver who is very patient with his particular needs and has the time in lifestyle to support that.

Story
Billy is about 2 years old and has packed a lot of living into the past 3 months. We think he is a mini Goldendoodle weighing 22 pounds. His early years are a mystery, though some of his behaviors indicate that perhaps he wasn’t loved or cared for properly. He and two dog friends were on the run in the woods for about three weeks in October. When he was captured, Billy had a face full of porcupine quills. He came into rescue at Susie Q and the other foster dogs behavior and has grown more confident each day. He likes to share spaces with other dogs, who have demonstrated that it is okay to sleep on the bed, lie on the couch and ensure that the counters are clean. He is most comfortable sleeping near (or on) his furry friends as his pictures show. Billy is hand shy and still fearful of being restrained (leashed) but is getting more tolerant each time. He is doing well with his potty training once he knows what is expected of him. He is not crate trained and because of his history of escaping and running a fenced in yard is a must for this boy. I believe he would do best in a home with a mentor dog to show him how to be a pet. His last requirement is only that someone love him forever and be ready to teach him the rest of his dog skills. His adoption fee is $350. Please go to the website and fill out an application if you are interested in meeting him. www.susieqdogresq.com
