Story
Meet Lily, a beautiful and gentle Goldendoodle with a gorgeous cream and apricot coat. Lily is a larger, regal-sized girl who is the perfect mix of calm and playful. She absolutely loves both men and women, though she can be a little shy at first until she learns to trust her new friends. Once she does, she is entirely non-aggressive and handles touch beautifully. While she hasn't been officially tested with children, she is likely to do well with them, and she is already fantastic with other dogs, currently living harmoniously as one of four pups in her home. She should, however, go to a home without cats. Lily is a calm soul most of the time, though she gets wonderfully excitable when someone comes to the door or when it is time to play outside. Lily is fully house-trained and has the most endearing way of telling you she needs to go out-she will bring you a toy and spin in circles! She is not destructive and is completely fine with sharing her food, comfortably enjoying a mix of Acana Large Breed Dry, Weruva canned, and homemade meals. While she doesn't use a crate at home, she handles them well at the groomer. Lily is an outdoor enthusiast who loves spending time in a yard during both the summer and winter months, so she will require a home with a secured yard rather than an apartment. Because she can be a flight risk, a secure fence is important for her safety. When it comes to outings, Lily walks well on a leash; she can get a bit excited by squirrels or passing dogs, but she is easily calmed and responds beautifully to a gentle warning. If you are headed out for a road trip, Lily will get into the car without any trouble and will lie down quietly in the back, though she prefers shorter trips as long drives can sometimes make her car sick. Lily is looking for a loving home with a yard where she can enjoy the fresh air, play with her toys, and give her absolute loyalty to a family ready to welcome her with open arms. Story
Charlie isn't the kind of dog who will walk into a home and instantly settle in-he will need patience, understanding, and a commitment to helping him build confidence. The right adopter will recognize that his challenges do not define him; they simply make his journey all the more rewarding. Charlie needs a dog-savvy owner who understands that trust is earned over time and that meaningful progress comes through consistency, guidance, and compassion along with setbacks. Beneath his cautious exterior is a deeply loyal, sensitive dog with tremendous potential to become an exceptional companion. As his confidence grows, so will the bond you share. For someone willing to put in the work, Charlie offers something truly special: the opportunity to watch a deserving dog transform, flourish, and become a devoted best friend whose loyalty and love are earned, genuine, and lasting. Story
Meet Zuko! He is a handsome 3.5-year-old Yellow Lab/Goldendoodle mix. He is incredibly well-behaved at home and is an angel when left alone—he is non-destructive, even during an 8-hour+ workday. He often hoards worn clothes on his bed but has never damaged anything. He is very dainty when he nabs a sock, shirt etc. I imagine he is comforted by the scent. Zuko is a high-energy boy who loves the outdoors and would make an incredible hiking or running partner for an active owner. He looooves playing fetch. He will need a dedicated owner who can get him neutered and invest in leash and socialization training, as he is currently territorial and pulls on walks. He has never bitten anyone but growls when he feels uncomfortable and takes space. Zuko has so much potential for someone ready to provide structure and discipline. Note: His current owner loves him deeply and is requesting an adoption agreement that includes photo/video updates or a one-time closure visit after he settles in.

QUICK FACTS Name: Cheonjin Age: About 3 Years Old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Maltipoo Color: White Weight: 9kg / 19.8lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a city shelter after being placed on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, rescuers stepped in and brought me to safety, giving me a second chance and the opportunity to begin again. Now, I’m looking forward to a brighter chapter filled with love, companionship, and a forever family of my own.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Cheonjin! I’m an irresistibly cute little dog with a wonderfully chunky build, a big face, oversized paws, and surprisingly short legs. Put it all together and I have the kind of proportions that make people stop and smile. I’m currently sporting a shorter haircut, but my coat looks like it will grow in much fuller and fluffier—I’m going to become even more handsome once it does. My personality is every bit as lovable as my appearance. I’m sweet and affectionate with people, friendly with other dogs, and naturally easygoing. I enjoy affection and have plenty of charm, but my overall energy is comfortable and well-balanced. I’m the kind of dog my rescuers describe as genuinely easy to care for: gentle, stable, adaptable, and happy to go along with everyday life. There is one thing about me that definitely isn’t small: my voice! I’m a bit of a talker, and thanks to my broad chest, I can produce a surprisingly impressive bark for my compact body. If the other dogs start barking, I may join the conversation. If I spot something interesting outside, I may announce it. And if there’s something I particularly want, I’m not above using my voice to make my opinion known. The funny part is that I usually have a lot to say—but not necessarily for very long. Rather than barking endlessly, I’m more likely to deliver a decisive little announcement and then move on with my day. I have the big paws, short legs, fluffy potential, affectionate personality, and booming little voice to make me memorable—but underneath all that cuteness is simply a very good-natured, easygoing dog. I’d love a family who appreciates a companion with a little personality and a lot of sweetness, because I’m more than ready to bring both into my forever home.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m naturally friendly and affectionate with people, and I’m happy to approach both familiar faces and new people for attention. I enjoy leaning in for affection and am comfortable being petted—even with someone I’ve just met, I may happily roll over and show my belly! I’m also comfortable being gently picked up with an arm supporting me under my belly. I haven’t had experience with children under 13 yet, so my comfort level with younger kids is still unknown. · With Dogs: I’m friendly and social with other dogs, and I enjoy approaching both familiar and new dogs to say hello and invite them to play. I tend to be easygoing in my interactions, and if another dog tries to provoke me, I usually choose to move away and avoid conflict. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level – I enjoy spending time outdoors, but I’m also happy to settle down and relax afterward. I have plenty of walking experience and good leash manners, following my person well without pulling.   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food around people or other dogs I’m calm and settled when I’m in a kennel. I may bark when I see someone unfamiliar or use a little demand barking when there’s something I want, but with consistent guidance and positive training, I can continue learning calmer ways to communicate and respond to new people. I’m comfortable using both indoor pee pads and going potty outdoors. When I first arrive in a new environment, I may mark as I get familiar with my surroundings, but with time, a consistent routine, and regular potty breaks, I can become more comfortable and settled in my new space.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES When I first arrive in a new environment, I may mark as I get familiar with my surroundings. With time, a consistent routine, and regular potty breaks, I can become more comfortable and settled in my new space.    CHEONJIN'S YOUTUBE PLAYLIST   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2838977##
