Hi there! My name is Zeke! I'm a big sweet boy estimated at a year and a half old as of late November and my rescue believes I'm a Great Dane/Lab mix (best guess). I have a lot of playful puppy energy still so I'm looking for an active family to go with my energy level. I was adopted with my little friend Shea and we were both returned after a few months only due to housing issues with our family. I am a strong guy (last weigh in was just under 80 pounds), so would do best with older kids as I could knock over little ones by accident. I'm good with other friendly dogs. My $125 adoption fee includes vet check, microchip, deworming, up to date vaccinations, heartworm test (negative) and neuter. Zinnia is a gentle giant who came to ARC from Lee County Domestic Animal Services. When she arrived, she was thin and malnourished, and we had no idea she was expecting. Just a few weeks later, to our surprise, Zinnia blessed us with four beautiful puppies (All of whom have found their furever homes)! She has been an incredible mother, giving her babies all the love and care they needed. Now it’s her turn to be cared for — to relax, be spoiled, and enjoy the good life she so deserves. Zinnia will have to complete heartworm treatment prior to adoption, but if you are interested, don’t wait, apply now and start spending some time at ARC getting to know her.
