Story
Marcus is a good boy, he just has some difficulties. He was rehomed to us for chasing and killing chickens on the farm, but he does not exhibit these behaviors with our cats. However, he is a dog that must be kenneled when not supervised or he is destructive. He has chewed on a door and does chew off his harness if it is left on him. He needs a family that is home frequently and can provide him time for structure and training. Unfortunately we are not home often enough and we travel a lot, it is not fair for him to be kenneled for extended periods of time and that, plus the behavior, is why we have made the decision to rehome him. He is amazing with cats and children, as well as other dogs and adapts to new situations quickly.

Bruin is looking for a loving home where he can be the only dog.We acquired Bruin from someone else and unfortunately do not have any background information or veterinary records for him. He is currently intact, and we are unsure of his vaccination history.Bruin is very friendly with people and, once he warms up, is a loving and sweet dog. He can be a little shy at first and may need some time to feel comfortable in a new environment. We are unsure how he does with cats.Unfortunately, Bruin has not been getting along with our older male dog. This is not an easy decision for us, and we want to be completely transparent about his needs so we can find the right home for him. We are looking for someone who is responsible, patient, and committed to giving Bruin a safe and loving home.

This is my beautiful girl Harley. She was born on a Pennsylvania farm used to roaming open space . We had to move to Florida and live in the central Florida area. She’s unhappy with our postage stamp size backyard. My husband’s health has declined. He is now in a wheelchair. We also have full custody of our six-year-old autistic grandson who Harley loves but gets very anxious of his random outbursts. She has been around other dogs. She does go to boarding. The trainer there says that she loves to play with other dogs that match her energy. Better with large breed dogs she’ll boss around the little ones.. she would probably do better in a home with no children or other pets to start. She needs calm structure lots of love.. She’s slow to warm up to new people and new environments but once she accepts you, she will be glued to your side. She has developed some bad manners, like kitchen counter surfing and opening cabinets to look for snacks. The vet said she could lose some weight. i
