Daisy Mae is a beautiful Great Dane with a gentle soul and a whole lot of love to give. This big girl is ready for a fresh start with a family who will adore her as much as she deserves. If you are a Dane lover, Daisy Mae will steal your heart. She is very sweet, housebroken, walks well on a leash, and does well with kids. She is currently staying at the shelter so stop in and meet her in person!Daisy Mae prefers to be the only pet in the home as she does not do well with cats or other dogs with the exception of Howard, who she has lived with her entire life. Howard is also available for adoption.Daisy Mae has been in the shelter far too long and is patiently waiting for someone to see just how special she is. Daisy Mae would love nothing more than to be cherished and spoiled by her forever family. Please consider adopting Daisy Mae and giving her the loving home she has been waiting for.Daisy Mae is seven years old and weighs about 120 pounds.The adoption fee for adult dogs, seven months and older, is $250. Meet Misty! She's a smart lady who is smart as a whip! She's crate trained, mastered many commands (sit, down, off, mat, enough, go to your room, here, all done- more than most kids :). She loves to run, play fetch and be wherever you are! She's a year and a half old, and was lucky enough to have professional training donated to help her find her forever home. Whoever adopts her will receive at least one free hand off session from her trainer to help her transition go perfectly! Her ideal family would be somewhat active (she needs to run around a yard at least a few times per day). She gets along well with other dogs, but calmer dogs are best. Misty loves to play, but she can get very excited if the other dog is too energetic! She would do well with older children. Younger children and cats would require a lot of supervision. Her trainer thinks she would be a great agility dog, but she is smart enough to do anything you want to train her to do! She will require some active parenting to teach her the rules of your house, because she is so smart, she may try to make her own activities if nothing fun is provided! She's potty trained now (we had some overnight accidents until she started going in her crate at night).
