Honestly there were a few points when I forgot he was in the car at all! Our first stop of the day was picking up some lunch for everyone. Pan quickly became the star of the show in the drive through line without even trying! This is one handsome boy! Pan is such an easy walker! If you get him running it is more like watching a horse gallop by. At one of our stops there was even a huge group of geese and he could not have been bothered in the slightest by them.” Pan is up to date on his vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and ready to go home with you today!

I think Havok's a great dog he does struggle with separation anxiety. He doesn’t like when he’s left alone (we do kennel him) and has difficulty settling without constant reassurance and presence. If he is not kenneled and we are not within sight, he will pace in circles and be anxious. Whenever kenneled, he will typically whine or bark as well as run in circles until we leave. With having a baby in Sep of 2024 and another one on the way this week our time and attention are stretched very think making it difficult to consistently meet his emotional and training needs. Also our current living situation I do not think provides enough room for him to comfortably release energy or feel at ease, which may be contributing further to his stress and behaviors. He is also still not fixed. I do not think he would get along well with any other male dogs. But I think with the right family he would be an amazing family dog. He’s extremely hyper and very active loves to run and play catch.

Kevin is a Great Dane mix who was brought in as a stray by the city of Iola. He`s great with everything, but kids are by far his favorite, maybe even more than treats. He is good with cats, but he is playful so if your cat doesn`t tolerate playfulness, Kevin isn`t your guy. He`s so goofy; his smile can brighten anyone`s day. He walks well on a leash and is partially house-trained. He does however love splashing in puddles, especially muddy ones, and he enjoys splashing his friends with the pool water. If you`re wondering if he`s hungry, he has a special way of telling you: He`ll take his food bowl and bang it on the door as if to say, `I`m next.` This wonderful pup is looking for his next adventure with a new best friend!!
