Accustomed to sleeping in his own (big) bed, he's making do with his shelter accommodations, but of course he'd prefer one of his very own again! Bo has been around dogs and cats before but has not met little human munchkins, so easy and slow introductions to this big and gentle guy are a good suggestion for all parties! He enjoys romping in the yard and taking a dip in the water but really doesn't enjoy being alone, so if you work at home, are retired or simply enjoy being a homebody, handsome Bo is your guy! Make room in your heart for the big love of Bo!

I already know the command for sit and will stop at a curb or doorway and not move until I receive the command to go. I also know “off” so I won’t jump on you. I would love a family who loves to play and goes on long walks as I have lots of energy.

He is great with other dogs, loves to zoomie and run, and will cuddle with you all night if you let him. A home with a great dane experienced owner is preferred! The current owner requires to also stay in contact with the new owner as she loves him very much and wants to stay involved in Daubers life. Big back yard for Dauber to run around in is preferred as well. He is mainly indoors, but loves daily walks, dog parks, doggie day care, and parks.
