Meet Raleigh! This sweet boy was recently brought into our care, and he`s looking for a new home! Raleigh might be a big baby, but he can also be quite the gentleman. Raleigh is a large Great Dane mix, so we will require any adopters to have some large dog experience(Great Danes, Mastiffs, Great Pyrenees, etc.) to best set him up for success! He already knows some commands, and he started getting the hang of crate training in his previous home. Believe it or not, Raleigh is still a puppy and is still growing, so he will still need some help with his training and teaching him some manners(along with crate training!). He can be pretty energetic and jumpy at times, and because of this and his size, we will require any kids in the home are 6 years or older. For similar reasons, we will also require Raleigh to meet any other dogs in the home prior to adoption. However, we are requiring that Raleigh goes to a home with NO CATS or small animals. Lastly, Raleigh would do best in a home with a backyard due to his size/energy level, but this is not a requirement! If you would like to bring this sweet scraggly dude home, please ask a kennel tech for assistance and we`ll be happy to help!
