Story
Hi, I'm Mabel! 🐾🤍 I'm a beautiful 3-year-old Great Pyrenees with a heart as big as my fluffy paws, and if you ask everyone at the rescue, they'll tell you I'm one of the sweetest girls you'll ever meet. I'm patiently waiting for my forever family, and I hope it's you. Right now, I'm being treated for heartworm disease, but don't worry—Paws Fur Recovery is covering the cost of my entire heartworm treatment. All I need is a loving home where I can rest and heal, plus someone who can take me to my treatment appointments so I can get the medication I need. The rescue team will be with us every step of the way. While I'm recovering, my job is pretty simple (and honestly, I think I'm really good at it). I need short leash walks for potty breaks, lots of cozy naps, plenty of belly rubs, and someone to remind me that I'm loved. A calm, quiet home where I can take life one day at a time would be absolutely perfect. I'm a gentle, easygoing girl who loves spending time with my people. Whether we're relaxing on the couch, enjoying a peaceful afternoon together, or soaking up a little sunshine outside, I'm happiest just being by your side. Everyone keeps telling me that once my treatment is behind me, I'll have so many adventures ahead. I can't wait! But first, I need someone willing to give me a safe place to recover and the love every dog deserves. If you've been looking for a sweet, loyal companion, I promise I'll make it worth your while. All I need is a chance. I can't wait to meet my forever family. Love, Mabel Adoption Fee: $295 Please Note: All potential adopters must be open to a home check and provide vet records to confirm that any dogs in the household are spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations. Story
We are sadly looking to rehome our 5 year old Golden Retriever mix. This has been an incredibly difficult decision but due to unexpected financial changes and most importantly because she is not a good fit for living with young children, we need to find her a home where she can thrive. She would do best in an adult only home or one with older, dog savvy children. We truly think she would flourish in a home where she can have lots of one on one attention without young kids. We also think she’d make an amazing companion for an older woman since she seems to have a special soft spot for older ladies and always warms up to them quickly. She is a sweet, affectionate girl once she gets to know you. She usually takes about 10-20 minutes to warm up to new people, but after that she’ll happily curl up beside you and shower you with kisses all day long. She loves being close to her people and enjoys plenty of attention.

Story
He is 3 yrs old, very energetic, needs a farm type home ! He needs to have a home to run, explore. Good with most all animals. Been around chickens, turkeys, geese and other dogs. Not sure about cats. Big animals like cattle,horses..if they run he wants to run with them.Very curious, and checks everything out. Good with humans but very rough playing for young kids, listens better with men.Obeys fairly well but stubborn.Leash walking is ok but at first he will pull. Basic commands.. sit, shakes, down, sit and wait needs work, come when called is another needs work.he is very stubborn but with the work and training he's great. Good inside but prefers outside, he's outside but comes in at night. Great guard dogVery protected when its his food or toys.I'm elderly and health issues now that I just can't give him what he needs. I will not let him go to anyone who lives in apartment, condo etc, He needs a farm, property to have space to run and explore. This is 3rd time here, only apply if you're serious!
