Her favorite thing in the world is snuggling with her people — and she loves small, medium, and big humans alike! Sylvie enjoys playing with her foster siblings and is always happy to share a snack (she’s very gentle when taking treats). She knows how to sit, is crate trained, and fully housebroken. She’s cat-friendly, goat-friendly, and dog-friendly, and she does best with medium to large dogs. Sylvie would make a devoted, affectionate addition to a lucky family. Her adoption fee is $350. Great Pyrenees dogs (even those who are only 62% GP) don't get more beautiful than Zoey. She immediately captured the heart of our west Bradenton caretaker, who would be adopting her if she didn't already have a number of dogs. Zoey is about 3 years old. We weren't told much else about her when she was surrendered, but we've concluded that she's deaf. So she can be timid and fearful until she becomes familiar with her environment and the people and animals in it. If she isn't pressured, she eventually becomes more trusting. Our adoption process involves a foster period to make certain the family and the dog are a good "fit," and this will be important for Zoey. Zoey gets along with our other dogs, and she lived with cats before we acquired her, but she's also content to be alone. We're looking for a patient adopter who can develop a close bond with Zoey, take special steps to communicate effectively with her, and keep her comfortable and safe for the rest of her life. Great Pyrenees golden retriever mix, 2 years old, very friendly and good with other dogs and people. Very loved dog, just does not fit our lifestyle anymore and deserves more space and stimulation than we can give him. This is not an apartment dog, he has a very loud bark and does sometimes alert to sounds he hears outside. Ideally looking for someone with maybe an acre of property and/or other younger dogs his size as he’s a very social and friendly dog and likes to play. We have an elderly dog and now a newborn and the situation is just not feasible anymore.
