Story
Cupcake is as sweet as her name! She is a 2 year old Great Pyrenees mixed with Golden Retriever. You better be strong because she will lean all 67lbs against you for love. And if she's not done, she will jump up and put her paws on your shoulders. She is fine with her foster's cats and guinea pigs but a slow introduction is always advised when introducing her to any new furry friend. She is much more interested in people than other dogs and would love to be in an only dog household. She does prefer to eat alone, including treats.  And this big girl needs her space sometimes, but don't we all. She will need a home without young children. Cupcake has been treated for heartworms and will need to be retested in 6 months to make sure they are gone. If for some reason she would still test positive we will cover treatment at our veterinarian in Peoria. Cupcake's adoption fee is $300 which cover her spay, microchip with registration, vaccines and flea & heartworm prevention. You can apply at gfrpets.org/apply/adoptdog/  ##2594959##
