This is Harley!! He is 4.5 years old Great Pyr/Lab mix. He’s approximately 115lbs. He loves being outside, loves attention, and gives some good hugs! He is a natural guardian and would do GREAT on a farm or somewhere with lots of land for him to roam. He does well with kids and other dogs- although he would prefer to be the center of attention. He was raised with kids, 2 cats and another dog in the home. We are looking to rehome due to behavioral food aggression. He has not bitten- but does become territorial over high valued resources that he has claimed (food scraps the kids leave behind etc). He would do well with someone who has the time and experience to work through this with him or in a home where he does not feel the need to guard his resources. I would recommend a home with no small children and someone who has the time and capability to understand his loving nature and natural resource guarding instincts.

Meet Ollie! A sweet six-and-a-half-year-old Great Pyrenees currently in Holliston, MA, whose gentle spirit and fluffy white coat have earned this lovable boy the nickname “big marshmallow.” At around 85 pounds, Ollie may qualify as a gentle giant, but he seems convinced he is perfectly lap-sized! His favorite place is snuggled beside his people while they watch TV, preferably close enough to soak up every available pet and cuddle. When he is not busy being a professional snuggle buddy, Ollie enjoys playing ball and sharing his playful, goofy personality with his family. Ollie is a low-to-medium-energy companion who is house-trained and crate-trained. He knows sit, down, come, and stay, and he handles being left alone for short periods without issue. New faces may receive a brief bark, but give Ollie a chance to sniff, settle in, and say hello, and he quickly warms up! This affectionate boy is wonderful with adults and does well with calm, respectful, school-age children. Because Ollie has experienced serious conflict with another male dog who also lives in the same home, he needs to be the only dog in his new loving home. He has done well around some other dogs, including participating successfully in group dog-walking settings, but given his recent history, a one-dog family will provide the safest, most comfortable environment for his next chapter. His compatibility with cats is unknown. Ollie is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He manages allergies with a special prescription diet and may occasionally experience related skin or ear infections. Regular grooming helps keep his magnificent Great Pyrenees coat comfortable and shedding manageable, and he does well for his grooming visits. Because of his size and history with another dog, Ollie needs an experienced pet parent who can safely handle a large dog on leash and provide thoughtful management, structure, and positive reinforcement. Beautiful little Bonnie kay Is coming up on about five months old. She is expected to be around 100 pounds full grown. She is currently about 60 pounds and so over 100 is possible. We are on a farm but we are looking for a home where she would be an indoor pet. We’ve been working on crate training and House training as she’s doing fantastic. There have been no accidents in the house yet. Her dad is a gorgeous full Pyrenees dog and mom is half Pyrenees and half in Anatolian Shepherd, which is where Bonnie kay gets her face markings. Diamond has absolutely no intention of being overlooked. Her foster describes her as the most social and outgoing puppy of the bunch, and she approaches life accordingly- people are wonderful, attention is wonderful, being held is wonderful and following someone around to see what they are doing is also an excellent use of her time.
