She is bonded to her best friend and brother, Bolt, and these two dogs must be adopted together. She isn’t walking on a leash yet and will need gentle guidance and patience as she learns. Penny's ideal home is with someone who is willing to work her and make her feel comfortable as she learns these new behaviors. Penny would thrive in a calm, predictable home with a fenced yard where she can safely explore at her own pace. She has no known history with cats or children and would do best in a home without them.
