Story
Oslo is the biggest sweetheart! He is evidence of why Great Pyrenees are called “gentle giants”. He is a protector and loyal. He has always guarded our home and is quick to alert us of anyone approaching our home. Always has been great with children and other dogs, and farm animals. He has never wanted to come inside our home due to weather (gets too hot inside) or because of fear of the different environment (floors being slippery, etc). He loves the cold and cool dirt and our cooler mud room. He is super low maintenance. Our only issue with Oslo is that he has broken away from his leash from time to time and has had a chicken from our farm as a snack. When he is out with us on the farm he doesn’t even get close to chickens and has perfect behavior. Just those moments of freedom he has had a snack. We are sadly rehoming him after getting him as a 8wk old puppy due to being busy with 4 kids and competitive sports, work, the farm, life, and multiple dogs. We want a good home for him.

Story
Winchester is a 5 year old intact AKC registered male. He is a great family pet. He is gentle with kids and other dogs. However, we live on a busy highway and he is an escape artist. He has to be leashed or chained to be outside at our house. He is not living his best life and we want to find a home for him with room to roam. Although he is house broken and lives with us inside, he is an intact male and will mark from time to time. We will be very selective of his new family. They will need to be familiar with the Great Pyrenees breed and demonstrate they have adequate fencing available.

Story
This is Casper, he’s a big boy, very loving, loyal & protective. He’s 5 & 1/2 years old. Born 9/7/20. He’s extremely smart. Why after 5 years would I be looking for a home? Bought him from a breeder at 8 weeks, trying to recover from divorce, wanted to make my 12 year old at the time happy, help her cope. Never imagined I’d still be living in a tiny home, tiny yard. 7 yrs later still here. I wasn’t working when I got him. It breaks my heart to look for another home for him. But his happiness matters to me! I want him to have a huge yard, property to run as much as he can. Lay in the sun for hours. I live in the city & wont tie him up like most do. He’s alone with my cat, his bf about 9 hours a day. Never has accidents .He’s got about 4-5 good years left & I’m going to make sure he gets what he deserves. His happiness outweighs my sadness of letting him go. He doesn’t chew, loves other dogs, cats, kids. He’s gentle & needs people. Needs outdoors, needs nature, needs people.
