She does wonderfully with kids, dogs, and cats, though she sometimes needs a gentle reminder that cats don’t always want to play as much as she does (and she listens well!) With her thick, incredibly soft coat, Izzy is perfectly suited for Wisconsin’s cooler temperatures and loves being outside exploring at her own relaxed pace. She’s a low-energy pup, happy to sniff around the yard, chew on a bone, or simply enjoy being near her people. Meet Rocky, an affectionate, happy-go-lucky Great Pyrenees with a silly streak that will brighten your days! This loving boy adores every person he meets and firmly believes that all humans are here to scratch his ears or give him pets. Rocky’s heart is as big as his fluffy coat, and he’s ready to share his love with a family who understands him.   Although Rocky has done ok with some dogs in the past he does have some resource guarding tendencies so will do best as an only dog. Having lived with cats in the past, he’s shown he can coexist peacefully with feline friends.   Rocky has some resource-guarding tendencies with food and high-value treats or toys. He’s made progress, but his ideal home would have someone experienced with Great Pyrenees to continue helping him grow.   If you’re looking for a devoted, sweet companion who will fill your home with love and laughter, Rocky might just be your perfect match!
