Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.     Simon and his sister Sasha were discovered trying to survive out in the cold up north in Becida MN this winter. Volunteers posted out sightings of them in hopes of locating an owner, and/or to try to help them. It took a couple weeks but with dedicated focus Sasha and Simon were able to finally be captured, in the nick of time before the weather plunged even more! A kind of "Holiday Season miracle" you might say! We are looking for foster homes for both Sasha and Simon and would like to split them up - so they don't develop bad habits from sibling syndrome. We have been told they are friendly and sweet, (Simon is a little more shy), and eager to be around people - as we learn more about them, we'll update their bios. They are said to be good with dogs, cats, and kids, although do have some resource guarding right now with other dogs - which understandable, as they have been food deprived for weeks! Just feed separately from other dogs at this time. They are estimated at 8-9 months old and 50-60 lbs, will some growing still to do. Our best guess is that  they may Great Pyrenees/ Golden Retriever mixes - but we're not sure! If you would like to learn more about Sasha or Simon, please submit an interest form on our website:   https://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/ If you are viewing this listing on PETFINDER there is often MORE INFO ON and MORE PICS OF the animal DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE. http://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org *Adoption fees range from $450-$650 + Mn tax* redemptionroad.mn@gmail.com https://www.facebook.com/RedemptionRoadRescue  All animals fully vetted appropriate for age: DHPP vaccine, lepto vaccine, rabies vaccine,  4DX test (@8months or older),    microchipped with lifetime registration, dewormed, flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention.  *Since we typically don't know a rescue dogs actual genetics, their breed and estimated size when grown on their bio is just an educated guess based on information and observations we have.*  Sasha and her brother Simon were discovered trying to survive out in the cold up north in Becida MN this winter. Story
Harley is a sweet, snuggly, 5 year-old Great Pyrenees with a heart as big as her fluffy coat. Born on a farm in Minnesota, she’s loyal, calm, observant, and happiest when she’s close to her people. I adopted Harley as a puppy and she’s been my constant companion ever since. Around children 6 and older she’s wonderfully gentle, but she’s less comfortable with toddlers, young kids, and infants, so a home without little ones would be best for her. She deserves someone who will adore her as much as she’ll adore them in return. If you’re looking for a loving companion with the signature Great Pyrenees charm, Harley is ready to fill your home with warmth, softness, and devotion. The special need in question: Harley takes proin ER. Without it she has a minor leaky bladder from time to time, and by taking it she does not!
