Story
Osa is a very loving Great Pyrenees’s and Husky mix. She lives the majority of the time in the yard but comes indoors during the day and during the winter. She loves walks but needs training in order to not run and yank on the harness. (However she yanks pretty gentle and isn’t an aggressive dog she is just very hyper.) She was raised around 2 young girls who love her very much and she’s great with people. She’ll greet everyone with a kiss. We’re just looking for a loving home that has time to walk her and train her so that she can have a happy and full life.

Story
Meet Monica 💛 Monica is a 9-month-old large breed mix (likely Pyrenees/Retriever) with a story that began in the most fragile way—and turned her into the strong, spirited girl she is today. She was born into rescue after her pregnant mama was found dumped in the desert. Monica was the very first puppy born, but she entered the world not breathing and gray in color. In a true emergency moment, her foster mom performed CPR, and after a few terrifying minutes, Monica took her first breaths and began to fight her way into life. And she hasn’t stopped fighting since. Monica is a sweet, affectionate, and incredibly smart young dog who loves toys (especially anything crinkly or squeaky) and adores being near her people. She’s a cuddler at heart and happiest when she’s included in whatever you’re doing. That said, Monica is still very much a puppy in a big body and comes with all the joy—and responsibility—that entails. She is excited about EVERYTHING and can be strong-willed, so she will absolutely need continued training, structure, and consistency as she grows into her adult manners. She is still learning her “big girl” basics and thrives when expectations are clear and steady. With her breed mix, Monica is also expected to be a strong chewer, so she will need appropriate outlets, mental stimulation, enrichment, and supervision to help set her up for success. She is not a low-maintenance pup—but she is a deeply rewarding one. Monica will do best in a home that understands adolescent large-breed dogs: patient, committed, and ready to invest in training, exercise, and ongoing guidance. In return, she offers loyalty, affection, intelligence, and a whole lot of heart. She’s not just a survivor—she’s a work-in-progress in the best way. And she’s ready for a home that will help her become everything she’s meant to be 💛
