Story
🆘 URGENT: Sophia Needs a Home 🆘 Sophia is a beautiful 7.5-month-old Great Pyrenees puppy who is losing her home through no fault of her own due to work circumstances. She is fully vetted, spayed, housebroken, and crate trained—and she has the sweetest, most loving heart. Sophia adores people, especially children, and is wonderful with babies and kids of all ages. She loves other dogs, attends doggy daycare, and lives for affection, cuddles, and hugs. She just wants to be close to her people and soak up love. This gentle girl doesn’t bark much, lounges happily at home, and tries her very best. She will need someone patient to continue leash training, but what she truly needs is stability, commitment, and a forever family. Sophia doesn’t understand why she’s losing her home—please be the one who shows her she’s safe and loved. PLEASE TEXT KAREN 4136298152

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Stella Rose Great Pyrenees (possibly purebred) Stella Rose is a beautiful, gentle soul with a joyful, people-centered heart. She has the classic Great Pyrenees look — soft white coat, expressive eyes, and a calm, graceful presence — paired with a personality that is affectionate, happy, and deeply connected to her people. She does wonderfully with other dogs and has a surprisingly athletic side for a Pyrenees. Stella can clear a 5½-foot fence with ease — not because she wants to escape, but because she wants to get to her people. Her loyalty runs that deep. She isn’t interested in roaming; she’s interested in belonging. Stella Rose is incredibly people-oriented. She seeks connection, enjoys companionship, and would thrive in a home where she’s truly part of the family. She has a warm, loving demeanor and a gentle way about her that makes her a joy to be around. Like many Great Pyrenees, she brings both devotion and independence — a dog who can think for herself, yet chooses her people again and again. She would do best in a home that understands the breed: one that values trust, kindness, and inclusion over confinement. Stella Rose is ready for a family of her own — one she can love, protect, and run toward every single day. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big heart and a gentle soul, Stella Rose may be the one you’ve been waiting for. Thank you for checking out our wonderful orphans. We try to post videos for each pet so you can really get to know them. Story
Meet Minnie, a 4-month-old Great Pyrenees mix and future reality-TV icon in training. For a puppy, she’s surprisingly low energy—think brunch, nap, snack, repeat—but she’s still playful when the mood (or toys or treats) strike. Minnie is good with both dogs and cats, kennel trained, and actively improving her potty training like the overachiever she is. She’s smart, food-motivated, and would absolutely learn calculus if paid in peanut butter. Minnie loves to cuddle, nap on soft humans, and watch reality TV; her current binge is The Traitors, and while she’d definitely be a Faithful, her confessionals would be elite levels of shade. She’s the perfect puppy for someone who appreciates a chill, cuddly, mildly dramatic house hippo that enjoys lazy nights and tiny snacks. Adopt Minnie now—before she becomes booked and busy! https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/NAF/Dog

Story
Meet Zoey, a 4-month-old Great Pyrenees mix with the soul of a tiny detective and the confidence of someone who already knows the plot twist. She’s super smart, food motivated, kennel trained, and naturally calm—practically unbothered by the chaos of daily life. Zoey prefers true crime documentaries or catching up on current events like a very small, very fluffy correspondent. Zoey has mastered the art of communicating her tone with a single look, often delivering subtle judgment that says, “Are you sure about that?” She’s also a fantastic listener and takes pride in being there for her people; acts of service is her love language, whether that’s supervising chores, offering silent support, or simply existing adorably. If you’re searching for a composed, observant, mildly sassy young lady who reads the room better than most adults, Zoey is your girl! https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/NAF/Dog

Story
Penny is an absolute sweetheart who loves to cuddle and chill. She is smart and sensitive and loving, sometimes playful - a great companion. We rescued her after she was abandoned by a previous owner who had used her as a breeder. We’ve had her for two years now and we’re heartbroken to have to rehome her, but she has become increasingly aggressive towards another of our female dogs, and it has become clear that they will not be able to peacefully coexist. She is great with people and our male dogs. She’s good with cats and kids also. A real treat!
