Story
We adopted Fergus in September from the OKC Animal Welfare Center. From what we know he was on the streets with his sister. He is 4 years old and weighs about 120lbs. He’s a very sweet and loving dog to the ones who take care of him and I believe he could be a great dog with the right training. We are in college and we don’t believe we can give him the attention he deserves. He can be really goofy and playful but he also likes to sleep a lot. He’s very protective of food and where he calls home.

Story
Dillon, now named Rosco is one of 8 pups.  We have no idea what they are. He is one of the larger pups and all are very sweet and playful.  They can be a bit annoying to other dogs.  He is  quite a fun boy.  He has the kinda different coat and look than the other pups.  He is ready for his forever home!February 22, 2024, 11:20 pm

Story
DNA test shows 73% Great Pyrenees, the rest is Aussie mix. He is a sweet boy, loves tummy rubs & likes to snuggle. I've had him since Dec 28th, no clue why someone would dump this loving boy and I would love to keep him but I already have 2 dogs - 3 is too many at my age. He's good with my 2 dogs, vet says approx 1 & 1/2 years old. He has not been neutered but I got all of his shots (I don't require neutering - Adopt a Pet added that). He tested negative for heartworms and I have him on heartworm prevention. He needs a fenced yard and is an indoor dog, he's a bit of a velcro dog and loves his humans. He is scared of the car right now (because he is afraid he is going to get dumped again). He will go in his crate willingly (lock it) but it takes 10 or 15 minutes for him to stop barking. He will stop anything he's doing when he hears the word no and he likes his Nylabone. He deserves a loving home w/experienced owner. I think he needs a home where he's not home alone often.
