Story
Meet Lilly! Good with kids: Yes, older kids. May be too big for little ones. Dogs: Has been ok with other LSG large breed dogs that are dog friendly. Cats: Unknown Other critters: Wants to chase small furries (squirrels for example) Livestock: Unknown Lilly is SO sweet and loving to people. She is very easy to handle and doesn’t mind being brushed. She loves to be petted on and loves belly rubs. She is getting better walking on a leash. She’s a bit unsure of car rides, but is doing better and can be transported with careful supervision. She does the Pyr paw and just wants to be close to her humans. She’s also able to be independent and alone during the work day. Lilly has been kept outside and does well as long as she has access to water, shade and a cooled area. She does not care much about getting in a doggy wading pool but enjoys drinking from it. Lilly had been allowed inside the house for short periods of supervised time and would need some time to adjust to inside living. She is not crate trained yet and prefers to be free and able to roam. She would do great in a home with a doggy door where she can go in and out as needed. She does have anxiety when in the house and she can’t find her humans. She does NOT like loud noises like thunderstorms or fireworks. She does best during storms and fireworks when her human is with her. She needs a large fenced yard where she can move around and play. She likes to roam (what Great Pyrenees doesn’t?!) so fencing should be fully secured in height and depth. For a LSG dog she is not overly vocal at night, but will bark if concerned about something. She is a total sweetheart and is learning commands, but has a stubborn side if she’s just not feeling it. However, her love for people will not keep her far from you. She demonstrates protective tendencies towards the area she considers her’s (more so unknown dogs than people). Eats kibble x 2 a day and enjoys cheese and treats of raw meat. Unclear if she has any history of working with livestock. Lilly is so deserving of a forever family with some room for her to enjoy!

Story
Maggie is a goofy girl who loves being active and outside. She lives her best life covered in mud and chasing balls. She loves her humans, big and small, fiercely. Maggie has been raised with 2 children (4 and 6) and has done well with them along with 2 other dogs but no cat experience. She would probably learn to leave them alone with redirection training. She's treat motivated and learns easily. She is crate trained during the day and night. She's the best girl, looking for a more active life.

Story
I adopted Astro from a kill shelter 2 months ago. I saved him 30 minutes before he was due to be euthanized and he was apparently surrendered after a sting operation busted a lady for animal cruelty. He is the absolute sweetest and he gets attached very easily. He has a very goofy personality and loves to play and is trained to be off the leash. He is crate trained and I am willing to provide his crate and 8months of his heart worm medicine. He really needs someone with a backyard so he isn’t cramped inside an apartment and can get his energy out. I am moving for the military in 2 weeks and I will not be able to bring him with me. It’s heart breaking but in the end I’m just thankful I was able to save him from the kill shelter so hopefully someone here can give him a forever home.

Story
Tally is a very sweet affectionate dog. She in currently homed with a cat and they get along. She seems to get along with other animals. House trained and knows various commands, and plays catch. She would love a home with a family that can be more active with her than myself, and a fenced yard to run around in. I was told she is probably about 8 years old.
