Story
Neska is the sweetest girl and great with all three of my kids. I have another Great Pyrenees and sadly these two just don’t get along. I keep them separated, but it’s not fair to Nessie to not be included with the rest of the family. She would make an excellent addition to a family with no other pets

Story
Name: Booker Age: 9 months Breed(as listed on paperwork):pyr/lab x Gender: male Weight: 55lbs Altered: yes Crate Trained:yes Housebroke: is very clean in his kennel Good with kids: yes Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: unknown Short bio: Booker is a big ball of goofy fluff. He loves to give love and sits so gently for his pets. He is bouncy at first but once he gets out that first burst of energy he’s rather calm for a puppy. He loves toys and is treat motivated. He loves other dogs. He was around cats when he was younger and did fine but it’s been a couple of months since his last interaction with a cat so we’d like to retest him again before officially saying he’s cat friendly. To schedule a meet and greet please fill out the adoption application below and email us at info@countyroadsrescuetx.org

Story
Lucy has a unique beginning in our lives. Lucy, about 21/2 years old now, had been living on her own in a country field. My friends saw her emaciated body and began taking her food but she wouldn't let anyone pet her or get near her. When my friends told me about her I was curious. Our Golden Retriever of 13 years, recently died and I missed him. I stared visiting Lucy and taking food and Lucy would hide in an abandoned shed or behind bushes. The field owner showed up one evening and wanted her gone so I said we would Foster her. She's now a playful, fun pup; loves to run fast, plays ball, keep away and is energetic, affectionate and a smart pet and friend to us. Unfortunately we are not able to give her a forever home. She'll need space to run and someone to play with her, brush her and show a caring interest as she is sensitive to those around her. She's a really lovely dog and easy to get attached to due to her many positive qualities.

Story
NEW ENGLAND ADOPTER/FOSTER-TO-ADOPT/FOSTER NEEDED Polar is a one yr old, male Great Pyreness.  he weighs about 85 lbs.  Polar is house, leash and crate trained.  He is also good with other dogs and children.  He has not been around cats.  When he was found he had entropian eyelids and has had surgery to correct them and is now ready to find his furver home. This pet is currently in Texas If you are interested in adopting any of our dogs, please complete our online adoption application:  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/31747/generic For more info, please email skylyrspassion@att.net OR visit our website: http://www.lifesaverssp.org/ We will conduct a phone interview, check references and then a home check. This helps us to match a dog with their potential adopter. The adoption fee is $450.00 for adults and $550.00 for puppies under one year which includes spay/neutering, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccinations, flea/tick & heartworm preventative, and a health certificate. We foster our dogs in homes, not in shelters. This allows us to get to know the dogs’ temperaments to match them to a home. This also allows us to get the dogs ready to live in their forever homes! All dogs coming from the south have been quarantined for two weeks and fully vetted before traveling to New England! ##2175995##
