Story
Blake is a 9 month old 65 pound neutered male Greyhound/Borzoi mix. He's a smart puppy who's already learned how to 'sit!' Like his siblings he has a typical greyhound energy level and will need a home where he'll have the time and space to run around. Blake does well with other dogs and of his siblings he's one of the more gentle ones, but he will still need basic obedience training and housebreaking. Blake is very affectionate and likes everyone he meets. Homes with greyhound experience are preferred and Blake would not be suitable for apartment living. Adoption fee for Blake is $500 If interested in adopting go to Aws-Shelter.org for an application

Story
*Name: Daisy *Age: 1.5 years old  *Current Weight: 45 lbs *Adoption fee: $475 Daisy is nothing short of a little miracle wrapped in fur. Just a few months ago, she was bravely fighting inflammation of her spinal cord that left her unable to walk for nearly 3 months. But with determination, love, and lots of intensive physical therapy, Daisy has made an incredible comeback—regaining almost 100% of her mobility!  She’s already fecal continent and about 70% urine continent, and her team is very optimistic that as her nerves continue to heal, she’ll keep improving every day. And trust us… this girl is motivated to live life to the fullest! Now that she’s feeling better, Daisy’s true personality is shining—and it’s AMAZING. She is absolutely OBSESSED with other dogs. Seriously, if there’s a playgroup, she’s the life of the party and wants in on all the fun! Because of this, a home with another playful, friendly dog is a must for her happiness. With new people, Daisy can be a little shy at first—but give her a little time and patience, and she’ll soon be your playful, affectionate shadow, nudging you to join in on the fun too. She loves her walks and is great on a leash! Daisy would thrive with an active family who will continue to help her build strength and confidence with regular walks, adventures, and maybe even some hikes. It’s not just fun for her—it’s an important part of her continued healing journey. Daisy has been through so much and come out the other side stronger, happier, and ready to love. Now all she needs is a forever home to keep cheering her on To apply to adopt, fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/ PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR FAQs  ##2252780##

Story
Josh is a very sweet 4 year old boy who loves getting pets, giving kisses, and leaning in for a good cuddle! He's a smart and food motivated who has already learned to shake and is eager to learn other tricks. After a walk or after getting up from a nap, he likes to play a bit fetch with a stuffed animal and be a bit of a goofball. He has liked having another greyhound around to show him the ropes and has loved meeting other people and a few other dogs as well! He walks well on leash, has mastered the stairs, and while interested in smaller dogs and animals, has not tried to chase anything. He can get slightly overwhelmed by new environments, but after getting comfortable, he's excited to explore. He seems to be cat workable. Josh is a slightly goofy, very lovable boy who will make a great addition to a new family!

Story
Bow is 4 years old. He loves chin scratches, food, and his toys (especially the cuddlepillar). He's good on leash, loves hikes and walks, and never met a stranger. Quick learner and has liked every treat his foster family has offered so far. He does well with his foster families' dogs but is not interested in playing. Bow would love a home where he can cuddle on the couch, get lots of outside time, and explore new types of treats. It is unknown how Bow would do with cats.
