Story
Ginger is the kind of dog who fits into your life instead of taking it over. Calm at home, ready to explore when you are—she gives you the best of both worlds. Ginger is a 40 lb female greyhound mix with a quiet, easygoing personality. She’s affectionate but not needy, happy to be near you without constantly demanding attention. She’s the type of dog who can relax on the couch after a long day but is just as happy joining you on weekend adventures—hikes, road trips, lakes, or just getting out and exploring. She has a naturally balanced energy. Not hyper, not lazy—just easy to live with. Whether you want a peaceful companion at home or a steady partner on the trail, Ginger adjusts right along with you. Good fit: someone who wants a calm, low-drama dog who can also enjoy occasional adventures without being high maintenance. Adoption process: All adoptions are completed prior to transport. Dogs are picked up at designated transport locations. If an adoption doesn’t work out (rare, but life happens), we always take our dogs back. Location: Oklahoma (available to approved out-of-state adopters via transport) Health: Fully vetted (spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested) Adoption fee: $500 (includes transport + vetting) Transport routes: WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, WY, CO, MN, WI, IA, IL, IN, OH, PA, MD, NY, NJ, VT Think you might be a good fit? Story
Abby is a very sweet petite female with mid to low energy. She is very gentle, sweet, and will touch you with her tongue to give a little kiss. She sleeps on her bed all night and is discovering treats and toys. She likes to be close to her humans and gets along great with other greyhounds. Abby walks well on the leash but is still learning the sniffing part, as she just wants to zig zag most of the time. She has learned the stairs but is still cautious and slow going down. She has learned to do her business outside pretty quickly, and will whine or bark if she needs out. She is definitely a tail wager to show her emotions! She eats her food but takes her time. Abby would do well in a calm environment as she does not like loud voices. Please email adopt@greyhoundoptions.org for more information!

Krewe is playful and never misses his daily stuffie session. He gets mini zoomies, spins around, throws and catches his toys, and especially loves squeaky toys. He is very sweet and seeks out couch cuddle time and neck scratches. He is a very good boy looking for a home that will give him lots of playtime and love. Story
Olly is a beautiful 5 year old black male who is very quiet and docile. He enjoys relaxing in his crate with the door open and out on the deck in the nice weather. He gets along with the other Greys and is starting to play with the energetic Beagle in his foster home. Olly needs time to warm up to people but when he comes up for pets, it's a treat! He will make a wonderful companion for someone willing to give him time to settle in. Olly does not seem to be cat workable. Bono is a fun loving, friendly and outgoing boy! He loves every person he meets, likes other dogs (little dogs must be introduced slowly). He walks well on a leash but does have prey drive and will pull slightly if he sees a squirrel. After a good walk around the block he is happy to plop down and watch some TV with you! Bono is happy and quiet in his crate, hasn’t had any accidents in the house and will scratch the door when he would like to go out. He is very food motivated and eager to learn.
