Hii my name is OpinionYou could form a lot of opinions about me but one fact about me is that I`m Purfect! I`m just a baby and will need a family willing to put the time, patience, love, and training it takes to have a puppy. I know I`ll be hard work with my puppy-like behaviors (chewing, potty training, crate training, etc.) but I`m worth it! The reward of watching me grow and creating an unbreakable bond is unmatchable. We`ll make so many memories, laugh, and cry together. So, if you`re ready for a new lifetime best friend, here I am!No appointment necessary!Meet me at AAWL`s Main Shelter!25 N. 40th StPhoenix AZ 85034602-273-6852Adoption Hours:Monday - ClosedTuesday - Friday & Sunday - 11:30am - 6:00pmSaturday - 10:30am - 6:00pm.AAWL requires that all adopted dogs leave with a leash and collar and all cats leave in a carrier.

Story
At 8 years old, Dwight is proof that age is just a number. This tan-and-white Beagle mix still approaches life with the enthusiasm of a puppy and the charm of a dog who`s never met a stranger.Dwight is one of the friendliest dogs you`ll ever meet. He loves everyone—kids, adults, men, women, and people of all sizes—and has never had issues with other animals. He will respect cats when they show him the boundaries, doesn`t mind goats, and enjoys the company of other dogs. If you`re looking for a happy-go-lucky boy, Dwight is your guy! He will try to dash out a door if given an opportunity, but only because there are so many awesome smells on the other side of the door! This boy gets excited to meet new people and is always ready for a game, a little roughhousing, or an outdoor adventure. Whether he`s exploring the yard, going for a walk, or simply soaking up the sunshine, Dwight is happiest when he`s outside enjoying the world around him.Like many beagles, Dwight is highly motivated by food and will be first in line when it`s mealtime. He`s also convinced that any snack you`re eating should probably be shared with him, so expect some adorable begging faces during dinner.Dwight does experience separation anxiety and thrives in a home where he can spend plenty of time with his people. His current family loves him dearly but can no longer give him the time and attention he deserves. He isn`t a fan of being kenneled for long periods and may try to make his own escape if confined too long. In his current foster home, he is well versed in the dog door and enjoys watching people on the golf course that backs the yard. What Dwight wants most is simple: a family to love, a yard to explore, people to follow around, and a cozy place to relax after a day of fun. In return, you`ll get a loyal companion, an enthusiastic greeter, and a best friend who will brighten every day with his sweet personality. If you`re looking for a loving, outgoing dog who still has plenty of life, love, and adventures left to share, Dwight is ready to meet you!If you`re already an approved adopter for Arizona Beagle Rescue, please email directors@azbeaglerescue.org.
