Coco would do best in a home with another dog to help with his confidence.  He is a total sweetheart and is still learning to accept love and affection. He wants to be in the same room with his person, and likes to cuddle and sleep on a pilllow.    When company visits, he hides but quickly warms if they don’t make any sudden moves.   Coco loves to go on walks! In fact, he barks with excitement when he knows it is time to go for a walk. He likes to walk in quieter areas because noises can make him nervous.  With love and patience, Coco will develop a deep bond with a person and give them unconditional love. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Pecan is an absolute sweetheart with two great loves in life: food and affection! This lovable boy is happiest when he’s getting snacks, cuddles, or ideally both at the same time. He’s learning commands like “come” and “stop” and is making progress every day. Pecan gets along well with adults and other dogs, but he’s still unsure around children and tends to avoid them because they make him nervous. He is leash trained, willing to rest in a crate for short periods, and currently working on house training. Because he experiences separation anxiety, he would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. A dog door would be a huge bonus for him, too. Pecan came from a hoarding situation, so normal home life is still very new to him. Everything from routines to household sounds can take time to understand. He will need a patient, compassionate family willing to let him adjust at his own pace and show him what safety and love feel like.
