Story
Bob is a 12 year old de-clawed cuddly cat. He loves to sit on laps & purr while getting his chin and neck rubbed. He also loves being a co-worker, finding his way onto your lap. He even tries to help you type sometimes! He is great with the litter box, sleeps in a cat bed that we could provide or on your bed at night. He came to us 5 weeks ago from a neighbor who needed to find Bob a new home because they had a toddler who was pulling his tail and Bob didn't like that. He doesnt bite but he did warn the toddler multiple times with hisses. With that in mind, I recommend no babies or toddlers. Currently, hes living at our house with our other two cats. While our two cats havent pestered him, he still hisses at them each time he enters the room where they are. He does not attack our other cats but you can tell he is still bothered by them. For that reason, I recommend he lives with you as the only cat. We wish it would have worked out with our other two cats because we love his cuddles.

Story
My name is Daisy&#44 and Im a 2-year-old tortoiseshell girl with a gentle&#44 cautious heart. I came to the shelter through HERO&#44 the community outreach program&#44 and Im still getting used to all the new sights&#44 sounds&#44 and people around me. Its a lot to take in&#44 so I tend to stay a bit shy while I figure things out.

What Im really hoping for is a calm&#44 quiet home where I can settle in slowly and feel safe. A household without young children would help me relax and adjust at my own pace. With patience&#44 kindness&#44 and a peaceful environment&#44 I know Ill start to show my sweet&#44 loving side.

If youre someone who understands that shy cats bloom beautifully with time and trust&#44 I might be the perfect companion for you.

Story
Hi&#44 Im Bill... Im not great at introductions yet&#44 but Im trying. My name is still new to me&#44 and so is this whole big world. Im a one-year-old orange tabby boy&#44 and I came from a home with lots and lots of other cats. Because of that&#44 I didnt get much one-on-one attention early on&#44 so everything still feels a little overwhelming.

Im a sweet boy at heart&#44 just very shy and unsure of new people and sounds. When things get too loud or busy&#44 I like to find a quiet corner where I can watch from a safe distance. But if you move slowly&#44 speak softly&#44 and give me time&#44 youll see me peek out... then maybe inch a little closer... and one day&#44 Ill trust you enough to show you my gentle side.

Im looking for a calm home with patient humans who understand that some cats bloom slowly. I promise Im worth the wait. With kindness&#44 consistency&#44 and a peaceful place to settle in&#44 I know I can become someones loyal&#44 loving companion.
