Story
Franklin is a handsome, 2-year-old, 13 pound Havanese mix. He is friendly, playful and energetic. He enjoys the companionship of other playful dogs but might be okay if his family is home with him most of the day. He is a gentle player with other dogs and can be playfully mouthy with people. Franklin would be happiest in a home with respectful children 10 and over. He likes to run around the yard with toys and to hang out and snuggle with his people. He sleeps in a crate at night and is learning to walk on a leash. He is doing great with potty training. Franklin finds the cats in his foster home interesting, and may do well with a dog savvy cat in his home, with proper introduction. Franklin needs a home with a yard, so he can get his zoomies out, and a family that will include him in their day to day activities. A potential adoptive family should consider that Franklin will need to be groomed every couple of months.
