All interested people should submit an adoption application as their first step. Panettone, or Tony for short, is a 3 year old, 20 pound Havapoo who is looking for a forever home! His owner's situation changed, and they are no longer able to give him the home he deserves. He lived with another dog and went on group walks with lots of other dogs with a dog walker. He also lived with children. He is pretty active, so the perfect home would be with someone who is able to take him on daily walks or play with him outside. He can sometimes be a little nervous around new people, but has warmed up quickly! He is housebroken and is used to staying in a puppy pen when his owners aren't home. He is a great little guy who is looking for his forever home! If you are interested in Tony, please submit an application on our website!  All pets adopted from GDHS are spayed or neutered, have vaccinations brought up to date, are on heartworm preventative (dogs), FIV/FELV tested (cats) and microchipped. Story
Rusty is a 2.5-year-old Maltese/Havapoo mix who somehow ended up being abandoned at a PetSmart groomer. His family dropped him off for a grooming appointment and simply never came back for him. We can’t imagine how confusing that must have been for this sweet little guy, but thankfully Rusty is ready to put that chapter behind him and find the people who will never leave him behind again. Rusty is an absolute sweetheart who LOVES being with people. He’s affectionate, friendly, and happiest when he’s hanging out with his humans. He also does well with other dogs, although he may occasionally try to remind them that he has a little bit of a… romantic personality. We’re hoping some of that enthusiasm disappears once he’s neutered! If you’re looking for a little companion who wants nothing more than to be by your side, Rusty might be your guy. He’s been through enough uncertainty. Now he deserves a family who will love him for life. MA license #0092  ##2820839##
