Hi! I’m Josie Mae, a sweet little 8 pound girl looking for my forever family Since arriving in foster care, I’ve proven what a good girl I am. I’m fully crate trained, sleep quietly through the night, and happily eat my meals in my crate. I’m also potty trained and will even let you know when I need to go outside. I enjoy car rides and sit quietly in my doggy seat. My favorite place is wherever my people are. Whether we’re relaxing on the couch, working from home, spending time in the yard, or taking a short car ride, I’m happiest right by your side. I even have the cutest little happy dance at mealtime. My twirls and excitement are guaranteed to make you smile every single day. I love soaking up the sunshine, running through the grass, and enjoying the simple things in life. I’ve met the resident dogs in my foster home and am learning just how much fun it is to have canine friends. I’d do well with another friendly dog or as your one-and-only princess, as long as I have lots of love and attention. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
