He adores people, enjoys kids who understand how to be gentle with an older dog, and has a special appreciation for cozy dog beds and toys. His calm, patient nature makes him an easy companion and a joy to have around. Stanley is missing his teeth and has limited hearing—but none of that slows down his ability to give and receive love. He’s happiest lounging nearby, soaking up affection, and enjoying the simple comforts of home. Stanley would thrive in a caring home that understands and cherishes senior dogs, ideally with older children who respect his age. If you’re looking for a low-key, loving companion, Stanley is ready to steal your heart. Stop by our weekly adoption events on Saturdays from 12-4 pm at 372 Townline Road in Mundelein, IL 60060 to meet our adoptable animals in person. This 8 month old adorable Havanese mix ( best guess) is looking for a loving forever home. He is full grown at 14 pounds . Willie is a young pup with a big heart and an even bigger personality. Hes affectionate, friendly, and loves being close to his people. This little guy thrives on attention and will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you. Hes playful without being over-the-top, enjoys walks and toys, and settles nicely for cuddle time. He would enjoy having a doggie companion in his new home as he loves 4 legged playtime! Willie is ready to bring lots of tail wags into your life. He is working on being perfect with potty training and well behaved as long as he gets his playtime in! If youre looking for a sweet, loyal companion and you dont mind a shadow made of fur, he may be the perfect match! Please note- Willies hair will require frequent grooming to avoid matting. He was found stray covered in mats so weve included those pictures in his bio to show what happens when his hair is left on its own! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. **If you are interested in being considered for this dog, please be sure to complete an application directly on our website - not through a 3rd party service.**   Say “Hello” to sweet Rosie.  This girl is an approximately 1 year old, Havanese Mix.  She's petite at 11lbs and full of love and fun!  She is spayed and crate trained.  Rosie is also potty trained, and has done well with consistency in her foster home.  She loves to be close to her people, chew on her benebones and bask in all the glory of life.   Rosie will do best with an active family, as she is still a young girl with energy, and would enjoy having a playmate (she loves other dogs)  . She needs a family who will be consistent with her and will give her lots of love and attention. In return she promises all the love she has and endless joy!  Rosie’s adoption fee is $400.  This includes age appropriate vaccines, completed wellness visit and microchip   *HWMAR presents the information in these bios based on our foster observations and any information presented to us regarding prior living conditions, breed specifications.
