Story
Jett is fostered in St Louis, Missouri. Jett is a black male havanese and ready to become your snuggle buddy.  His date of birth is 02/15/2024 and he is approximatley 12 lbs.  He will quickly become your loyal little shadow, wanting to be close to you.  This Havanese boy is the definition of a lapdog. He is happy to jump up, snuggle up and soak up all the love. He adores being held and would happily spend her day in your arms or your lap, whichever you prefer.   Because of his size size, Jett will need close supervision when outdoors because he can slip through tight spaces, holes in your fence and even large birds could pose a risk. A safe, attentive home is a must for this little guy. It is recommended that he also have a physically fenced yard. He has been doing well with the housebreaking since arriving in foster care.  He uses a doggie door at his current foster home. He does need to remain on a consistent schedule and routine with a committed adopter.  If you’re ready for a sweet, affectionate companion who just wants to be by your side, Jett might be the perfect match for you. Elsie is fostered in Columbia, Missouri. Meet Elsie, the sweet soul.  Looking for a loyal little shadow who just wants to be close to you?  This tiny Havanese is the definition of a lapdog. The moment you sit down, she’ll be right there, snuggled up and soaking in all the love. She absolutely adores being held and would happily spend her day in your arms or carried around like the little princess she is. Because of her very petite size, Elsie will need close supervision when outdoors—she’s small enough to slip through tight spaces, and even large birds could pose a risk. A safe, attentive home is ideal for this girl.  We do highly recommend a physically fenced yard. Elsie isn’t quite housebroken yet, but she shows great potential when she is taken out on a regular basis! She keeps her playpen dry for up to 7 hours overnight, and with a consistent routine and a patient, committed adopter, she can absolutely learn.  If you’re ready for a sweet, affectionate companion who just wants to be by your side, Elsie might be the perfect match for you. Story
Dylan is a tiny little puppy know as a Havamalt, a Havanese and Maltese pup. He is a spirited little guy who will start out a bit shy. He was born in a commercial breeding facility and dogs not have the same puppy experiences a dog might have that was born in your home. He wasn't exposed to the same things at an early age. That being said, he is learning and adjusting well now that he is with us. He is a happy guy who loves to play with his mates. He will need house training and regular training like any puppy would. He does like to vocalize so he will be best suited for a home rather than an apartment or condo setting. Dylan is a little guy causing him to be more fragile, He can't be in a home with little kids but would be fine with older kids. Like all puppies, he will need structure and a patient, loving home. We recommend training for all puppies—not only to give Dylan important learning skills, but because you and your puppy will create a stronger bond just by going through the training together. Dylan is fully vetted. He has been neutered, received age-appropriate vaccines, and is microchipped. Subsequent vaccines will be at the expense of his adopter. His adoption donation is $1200..00. He is on the hunt for his own completely committed family. Little dogs can live to be 20+ years old, so Dylan wants to be sure his family is all in for better or for worse! IF INTERESTED IN A PUPPY (UNDER 9 MONTHS): You must have a very flexible work schedule or someone home all day. Puppies need to be let out to potty often. They need socialization, bonding, and training (housetraining and behavioral training). If you work long hours, have a busy social schedule, or are not financially secure, then a puppy is not for you. We adopt in and to the local Chicago metro area. We require home visits.
