Meet Kelev! 🐾Kelev is a six-year-old first-generation Cockapoo (half Cocker Spaniel, half Miniature Poodle), born July 7, 2020. I brought him home at 10 weeks old, and he has grown into a curious, confident, and playful companion.Kelev loves exploring outdoors, watching the world go by from the yard or window, visiting dog parks, playing fetch and tug-of-war, hiking, and even riding on a paddleboard! He adores children and enjoys playing chase. He also knows how to relax and settle down at home.Kelev travels well in the car, is food-motivated, and learns quickly. He has a gentle mouth and takes treats and food from your hand gently and carefully.His ideal home would have a yard where he can run and explore, with a loving family, an active adult who enjoys outdoor adventures, or both. Kelev is looking for a home where he can be included in family life and share his playful, adventurous spirit!

Oreo is a female Poodle mix, 11 years old and weighs 8 lbs. The previous owners took her to the shelter because they apparently could not take financial care of a ‘visually impaired’ dog. Oreo was terrified in the shelter and missed her family and was going to be euthanized for space due to her age. One of our volunteers rescued her shortly before this could happen. Oreo is completely blind but she is able to get around her Foster Dad’s house without any issues. She needs a calm, quiet household where she can live out her retirement and be loved.
