Meet Sheriff!   Sheriff is a 2-year-old Husky who is genuinely just the sweetest boy. He can be a little shy when you first meet him, but it doesn’t take long at all for him to warm up and completely attach himself to you. Once he does, expect a little shadow following you everywhere. He LOVES being close to his person, cuddling up with you, and just being included in whatever you’re doing.   He’s also incredibly adaptable. He settles into new environments really quickly and has been such an easy, well-behaved dog. He honestly doesn’t cause much trouble at all — he’s just happy to hang out, explore, and be with you.   For a Husky, Sheriff is AMAZING on a leash. He needs to stay leashed, but he barely pulls at all, which is pretty rare for the breed! He’s also such a fun running buddy and loves going out for shorter runs while he’s still getting adjusted to the altitude.   Overall, Sheriff is just a really, really good dog. He’s sweet, affectionate, gentle, adaptable, and bonds deeply with his people. He would be perfect for someone who wants an adventure buddy who can also come home, curl up next to you, and follow you from room to room. He has so much love to give and is the kind of dog who very quickly starts to feel like he’s always been part of your life. ##2861736##

Hi, I’m Pongo!! I recently arrived on my freedom train from California to find my furever home in Colorado!I love to be with my people and I am great with kids! I would love to have a home with a fur sibling to snuggle and play with, but I’m getting more confident everyday and would be OK as an only dog, too. I might not be the most outgoing pup when I first meet you, but my sweet, calm demeanor is hard to resist.I’m potty trained and I sleep in my crate all night. I’m still working on spending time in the crate during the day! I would much rather be at your feet in the office or outside on the patio. I’m quiet most of the time, but I can be vocal in the morning when I know it’s time for my morning potty and breakfast.I LOVE to be outside! I would make a great adventure partner for hiking or running, but I’m equally happy taking a couple of walks a day. I also love to fetch and tug my rope in the backyard. Rabbits and other critters are very interesting to me but I am already learning to leave it.Chew toys and bully sticks are my favorite for down time during the day. I don’t counter surf or beg, but I am still a puppy and have been known to pick up a random shoe when given the chance! At night, I love to snuggle on the couch. There’s nothing better!If you are looking for a smart, lovable, medium energy pup to join your pack, I think I would be perfect for you! ##2849853##
