Are you an adventurous person who's looking for a dog to keep you active? I might be just what you're looking for! I'm Nala, a curious girl who's looking for someone to keep up with my shenanigans. I love a good game of chase or ball! I'm a sweet dog who just wants a chance at a normal life. Do you think you could give that to me? If so come to SICSA to meet me for yourself! This pet is available through SICSA Pet Adoption & Wellness Center, located at 8172 Washington Church Road, Washington Township, OH 45458. We are open Monday through Saturday from 12pm-7pm. To schedule an appointment or inquire about walk-in availability, you can reach us during our open hours at 937-294-6505.

Story
Tika is a 7 year old husky who we adopted three years ago. We adopted her from a family due to neglect and inability to care for her appropriately. Over the past three years she has been a loved member of our family. However, with our family’s increased engagement in sports and changes associated with our in office work schedules, she has regressed and needs more than we can provide. One year ago we also lost our oldest dog, after 16 wonderful years. We believe separation anxiety is the biggest obstacle we cannot overcome. Tika would do best in a home with another dog, or at a minimum, a family who has someone consistently available to keep her company. She is a sweet, social, and lovable girl who will be greatly missed. We are doing what is best for her overall wellbeing and kindly request that someone with experiences with huskies takes her in for her forever home.
