WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org ✨🐾 Meet Lady — Gentle Soul, Quiet Companion, Blossoming Beauty 🐾✨ Hi… I’m Lady 💛 I’m about 10 months old, 25 pounds, and if I’m being honest… I’m still figuring this big, busy world out. I may be a little shy when we first meet—you might have to come get me (I like to pretend it’s a game of “you can’t catch me,” but I promise I’m not very committed to winning 😅). Once you do, though? I melt. Soft pets, kind voices, and gentle patience are my absolute favorite things. I’m what they call a “gentle heart.” I don’t have a mean bone in my body—just a sensitive soul who wants to feel safe and loved. And once I do? Oh… I start to shine. ✨ I love other dogs—they help me feel brave and show me that everything’s going to be okay. Having a confident canine friend in my forever home would be like having my own emotional support buddy. Some of my favorite things: - Going on walks (I’m actually really good on a leash!) - Checking in to make sure you’re still there… because you’re important 💛 - Quietly hanging out near you like your polite little shadow - Learning that the world isn’t so scary after all I’m not the chaotic, zoomy type—I’m more of a “let’s take a peaceful walk and then sit together in comfortable silence” kind of girl. Think cozy companion, not party animal. Because I’m still building my confidence, I’d do best in a calmer home without small children. Lots of noise and fast movement can feel overwhelming for me—but with patience, love, and time, I’m blossoming more every single day. 🌼 What I really need is someone who sees me—not just the shy beginnings, but the loving, loyal dog I’m becoming. Someone who will go at my pace, celebrate my little victories, and let me grow into the confident girl I’m meant to be. I promise, I’m worth the wait. So if you’ve got a kind heart, a little patience, and maybe a friendly dog who wouldn’t mind showing me the ropes… I’d love to be your Lady. Apply today at haydudeequine.org 🐾💛

Story
Pistachio has been our pet for nearly 10 years . He has a lot of personality, can play chase 'relentlessly', and is passionate about treats. Many think he is still a puppy because of his energy level & soft fur. He has been an amazing pet & is a neighborhood celebrity. Sadly though, we have a 16 month old and he has gotten territorial with him over food or 'too many pets at once' and we can't risk our baby getting hurt. Things to know about Stacho: - He is a barker. Not all the time, but if he hears someone outside or when new people walk into your home he will let you know. - He is a bit territorial over food & toys. Because of this we don't necessarily recommend a home with other dogs, nor small children who don't understand this. - He has some anxiety, which for years just caused him to bark, but we can sense it is worse with our 16 mo old being the center of attention. - Later in life he has developed some intolerance for fats in his food so he has special food.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, I’m Owen. I'm a cute stubby guy, they say.  I ended up at a shelter and was put on the euthanasia list, but I got really lucky and was given a second chance. I’m a sweet, happy, easygoing guy who is always wagging my tail and ready to make new friends. I LOVE people and do great with all dogs I meet. Playing with my dog friends is one of my favorite things, and I’m happiest just being part of the family. I’m also an easy house guest — I’m not a barker, and I use the potty door like a pro. I sit nicely for bath time and am eager to please. I’m neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, protected with ProHeart 12 and Bravecto, and I’m 4DX negative. My adoption fee is $400. If you think we might be a good match, you can apply for me at www.adoggie4you.org. I’m currently in Texas, but I can travel to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, KY, and along the East Coast. If I need a ride, there’s an additional $225 transport fee. (I’m not able to travel to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state rules.)Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 19, 2026, 5:03 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hey-a! I’m Mario ❤️ I may be a little guy, but I’ve got a big heart, lots of love to give, and I’m very ready for my happily ever after. I came to rescue from a crowded shelter where I was running out of time, but thankfully I got my second chance — and now I’m hoping my forever family is next! I’m a super friendly boy who loves meeting people. New friends? Amazing. Familiar faces? Even better! I’m always happy to see you and usually come with a wagging tail and cheerful little smile. I really just enjoy being part of the fun and close to my people. I also get along with other dogs and currently share my kennel area with two other male dogs. I do especially well with female dogs, though, because I can sometimes get a little bossy with other boys. What can I say? I like to think I’m in charge sometimes. But overall, I’m still a very good boy and do just fine with proper introductions and respectful dog friends. I’m not sure how I do with cats or young kids yet, but I’ve shown everyone here what a sweet, happy companion I can be. I’m neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped, so I’m all set and ready to start my next adventure with a family of my own. All I need now is someone to love me forever. Adoption fee: $400 Apply at: www.adoggie4you.org Mario is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $225 transport fee.
