I am looking for someone with patience and understanding to help with my training and show me the world isn`t all that scary after all!I`m a volunteer favorite and here`s why:`Helen has been warming up by leaps and bounds since she got here as a stray. She might be reserved in the beginning, but I can tell that she is a very sweet girl. She is such a cutie, and it is rewarding to earn her trust.` &`I adore Helen. She is smart, perceptive, gorgeous, and I enjoy just sitting with her. Don’t let her shyness fool you. Once she knows you, she is known to be a playful, goofy, interactive girl.`I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. Story
Henley is five years old, and a very good girl. She comes from a loving home but needs one that isn't allergic to her. Half corgi and half border collie, Henley is very energetic, and would love a home with a fenced yard where she can run around. She's very affectionate with her family, but enjoys playing fetch with people more than she enjoys the company other animals. Henley is very intelligent, and knows words like: sit, stay, wait, exit, all done, retrieve, walk, and play. She can be a bit stubborn at times with these words, but is always motivated with treats or greenies. She is never outright naughty, and has never chewed anything up, scratched, or bitten anyone. Verbal praise is always appreciated with Henley, as she really just wants to please. She often shows her belly in submission to initiate play, and will be very gentle with her soft indoor toys. A good home for Henley would include space to play, with lots of kindness and love.
