Story
Hey y'all, would anyone be interested in our 6 year old husky mix, Badger? He has not adjusted well since we had our baby. We are heartbroken over it because he is such a good and goofy boy. He is medium to high energy and loves to play. He loves to do tricks and fancy fetch moves. We have all vet records and he is up to date on shots and preventatives. He is also kennel trained and comes with a brand new kennel. We would not recommend a household with cats or small dogs, since he has been bullying our small cat since the baby came home. He is also great with elementary age children and has been very good with our baby. He is about 45 lbs.

Story
Meet Shadow, an energetic, and downright goofy pup who's always up for an adventure. Like most Huskies, Shadow is a high energy guy, he needs to be kept busy and active. Huskies need a lot of mental stimulation, a bored husky will find mischief. If you hike, bike or run Shadow may fit in great with your lifestyle. Shadow loves the company of his fellow canines, making him a great addition to a home with other dogs. Come meet him or apply at ghhs.org

Story
Meet Leo! This lovable pup is a unique mix of Siberian Husky, Great Pyrenees, and Mountain Cur. Leo is a sweet, affectionate boy who adores spending time with his humans. He loves to play with his ball and to go for walks and hikes. He’s a great indoor dog that is crate trained and also loves quiet time cuddling with his human. He loves to go for rides in the car, especially when going for a hike or play date. At the shelter, Leo earned the title of "play yard rockstar" for his excellent social skills with other dogs regardless of their size. He’s a smart pup who already knows several commands, including "sit," "down," "shake," and "leave it." Leo will need a home with a 6-foot fence and a playful canine companion to keep him company. He may be a little shy around men at first, but with patience, kindness, and treats, he quickly warms up and shows his loving nature. He’s ready to find his forever family—could that be you? Leo can’t wait to meet you!
