I ride quietly in a kennel once I’m in it, but getting me inside one takes a bit of strategy and training. I don’t resource guard food or toys. I sometimes bark if I really want something, but it’s not excessive—just a little “Hey! Notice me?” kind of bark. On My Walks‍ Let’s just say… I get very excited at the start. I’ll pull toward all the interesting smells, sights, and sounds and maybe insist on walking my own route. But once I’ve burned off that first burst of energy, I settle down and walk much more calmly.
