Story
This handsome guy is a friendly companion who enjoys staying close to his people and soaking up attention. Lars was comfortable being handled all over and had a playful, friendly greeting when meeting another neutered male dog. While he wasn`t interested in treats or toys during his assessment, he`s a sweet boy who would benefit from continued training, including some leash manners, to help him become the best companion he can be.

Meet Howdy! A friendly 1 year old Siberian Husky mix who would love to be someone’s hiking buddy! He is looking for an active home that can provide him with the mental and physical enrichment needed to help him put his best paw forward in life! Howdy could likely go home with a well-matched doggy friend but could also thrive being a solo pup in the home. This handsome gent is looking for an experienced home who can give him the life he deserves.

We cannot say enough great things about Sully - smart, handsome, goofy, friendly! We could go on & on! Sully is also one of our longest residents. He arrived when he was just a puppy and has grown up in the shelter. Sully has participated in our dog day out program and has done super well when meeting new people & exploring Sonoma County. He is friendly with other dogs & is very playful. We are recommending he go into a home with children 12 years and older.

He's a very lovely dog, he loves affection and he's very calm. not a hauler nor a barker. He can get aggressive when someone that he just met tries to steal his food or grave him from his collar and pull him that's when he can bite someone and he also knows how to break the skin. Story
Cooper is a very affectionate, sweet dog. He is three years old and loves to play, be pet and snuggle. He likes short walks, playing fetch, and laying out in the sun. He’s a husky/lab/Shepard mix and really just wants someone who can give him attention and love on him. Cooper goes to daycare and loves to play there. He always gets excellent reports back when he boards during our vacations. He absolutely loves running around with the other dogs! Unfortunately, our home cannot give him the attention and love he deserves with our busy kiddo schedules. We’ve been able to sense his change in demeanor, and seems more sad now that we have the baby and older kids with busy sports schedules. Cooper is comfortable being left at home during work hours, but he’s had to be at home by himself more than he should. Looking for an individual, amazing couple or small family. We are not seeking compensation!
