Her conversations are sure to bring a smile to your face every day! 🐺💙She is great with children and older adults, walks well on a leash, and travels beautifully. Mya is currently undergoing heartworm treatment and is looking forward to feeling her best as she prepares for the next chapter of her life.Mya came to the shelter with her daughter, Cleo, and the two share a special bond. While Mya is selective with other dogs and isn't suited for a home with cats, she would love nothing more than to stay with Cleo if the right family comes along.Senior dogs have so much love left to give, and Mya is no exception. She doesn't need perfection—just someone willing to give her the love, comfort, and security she's been waiting for.Could you be the one to give Mya the forever home she's dreamed of? ❤️

🐾💙 FOUR YEARS IS FAR TOO LONG 💙🐾Meet Luke.Luke is a 6½-year-old Husky/Hound mix with the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. While other dogs have come and gone, Luke has been waiting… and waiting… and waiting. Over FOUR years in a shelter.Despite the challenges life has handed him, Luke wakes up every day with a happy heart. He loves giving kisses, making friends, playing with other dogs, and soaking up every bit of love he can get. Sometimes his legs don’t quite cooperate and he may stumble over his own feet, but Luke never gives up. He simply gets back up and tries again—with a wagging tail and a smile that says, “I’ve got this.”What Luke needs most isn’t perfection. He needs compassion. He needs patience. He needs someone who sees past his neurological condition and sees the incredible dog underneath.A quiet home with a porch or lanai, a fenced yard to explore, and a family willing to love him exactly as he is would mean the world to him. Because after four years of shelter life, Luke deserves more than a kennel. He deserves a couch nearby, a yard to call his own, and a human who tells him every day that he’s finally home.If you’ve ever considered opening your heart to a special dog, please consider Luke.

Story
This handsome blue-eyed gentleman came to us by way of Clewiston Animal Control, as they were out of space. He also came to us with a fracture of his right front paw. As we always do, we went the extra mile and then some for Liberty. He had an orthopedic consult with our favorite specialist in Naples. The consult led to surgery, an arthrodesis, and a very lengthy recovery period. Now fully healed, Liberty is ready to find a kind and loving forever home. Why not come out and stare into these blue eyes today! Meet Snow White! 🐾🤍 Snow White is a beautiful almost 10-year-old Husky girl weighing about 40 pounds, and she is ready to find a loving forever home! This sweet senior girl deserves a family who will cherish her and give her the comfort, care, and love she deserves in her golden years. 🐶💕 Snow White is ready to leave shelter life behind and enjoy the simple things—cozy naps, leisurely walks, relaxing with her people, and plenty of affection. She's looking for a family who will appreciate what a special girl she is and make her part of their lives. ✨ Snow White will need regular grooming for life, so her forever family should be prepared to keep up with her grooming needs as part of her ongoing care. If you're looking for a sweet senior Husky who is ready for a loving home, Snow White is waiting to meet you! Come give this beautiful girl the forever home she deserves. 🏡🐾

Story
FINN NEVER REALLY HAD A CHANCE... NOW HE NEEDS YOU. We were able to save (breeder surrender) two very cute Huskies- The female is now adopted. Finn is ready for a great active home. 5 month old- Still so young, so full of life, and incredibly sweet... but they need someone to show him what a real home, love, and being part of a family feels like. Wonderful, affectionate puppy, but please understand that Huskies are an active breed. They need exercise, training, attention, and a family willing to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. They are not a breed to simply leave in the backyard. Florida has many Huskies in shelters because of lack of supervision and training and enrichment. We are looking for someone who understands the commitment and is willing to give the time, patience, and love Finn deserve. Active breed — Husky experience is a plus They didn't choose where they were born. They didn't choose to be surrendered. But we can help choose what happens next. If you are seriously interested in fostering to adopt, please contact us. Fin adoption fee is $490.00 which includes his vaccines, microchip and neutering when your vet thinks Finn is ready. Please note He is still a young adult and we only get super feedbacks from the foster!
