Story
Meet the fiery Blaze Blaze is a 3 year-old husky mix with a fiery energetic soul. He can be very high energy as it is in his DNA to be wild. He is a good boy otherwise. He loves to play and jumpy around, and when its time to settle down he will lay with you and love on you. Blaze would definitely do well in a house with a big yard to run around in and have the freedom of space all the time. He can get a little mouthy at times as it is his way of affection and showing you he loves you. Blaze is waiting for the right forever family who will be patient and love him and his wild side.

Story
THOR IS A SHUSKY... That is a German Shepherd and Husky cross. His fur is a dark sable but has the feel of a soft coated husky while his coloration is that of a dark sable GSD. He has one distinct blue eye which was his indicator of being a husky mix. He is sweet and affectionate and about a year old.  He is good with people and dogs and is quite affectionate after he gets to know you.  He is hw neg utd on shts and came from a home. We think he is housebroken, but you can't be certain when they come from a shelter. We look at his kennel as an indicator, and he refuses to poop or pee in it. He knows some basic commands and he responds to Thor, although that can be changed without any problem at all. He weighs about 65 pounds and shold be 75 or so when fully grown.  He needs basic obedience skills.  Thor is available immediatey. REMEMBER ALL PUPPY RULES APPLY. ##2823356##

Story
This handsome blue-eyed gentleman came to us by way of Clewiston Animal Control, as they were out of space. He also came to us with a fracture of his right front paw. As we always do, we went the extra mile and then some for Liberty. He had an orthopedic consult with our favorite specialist in Naples. The consult led to surgery, an arthrodesis, and a very lengthy recovery period. Now fully healed, Liberty is ready to find a kind and loving forever home. Why not come out and stare into these blue eyes today! Story
Rey was born from a husky not meant to have had puppies. She’s grown up with a sibling and both of her parents but has recently began to become competitive with her mother. Despite being very calm and cuddly she does feel envious of other female dogs. Rey is quiet and elegant.

❤️ Meet Bora ❤️ This beautiful girl is Bora , and she is an absolute sweetheart! Bora is super friendly, loves kids, and loves other dogs . She would do best with medium-to-large dogs —no small dogs or cats for this girl. Bora’s story is heartbreaking. She originally came into the shelter with her sister. Her sister was adopted, but Bora was left behind. Thankfully, a wonderful family came along and adopted her, giving her the loving home she deserved. ❤️ Sadly, circumstances have changed. Bora’s mom is now ill and can no longer care for her. This is through no fault of Bora’s, and she desperately needs someone to give her another chance. Bora is a wonderful girl who just wants to be loved . She deserves a family who will make her part of their lives and never give up on her again. ❤️ Bora Loves kids Loves other dogs No small dogs No cats ❤️ Super friendly and lovingSeptember 7, 2026, 11:20 am

Story
Meet Jiska Jiska is 4 years old, the perfect age. She’s well past the puppy stage but still has plenty of life ahead of her. She has wonderful house manners, no bad habits, and is an incredibly easy dog to live with. She has a calm, low energy personality with an excellent off switch. Whether you’re working from home, relaxing on the couch, or winding down after a long day, Jiska is happiest simply being near her people. She loves to lay at your feet or curl up on the couch or bed if she’s invited. Jiska is incredibly sweet and affectionate. She loves attention, enjoys being brushed, and will sit and take treats gently. She’s dog neutral and has an easygoing, loving personality that makes her a wonderful companion. In the home, she’s everything you could ask for. She’s potty trained, crate trained, and naturally clean and quiet. She would benefit having a crate available as her own den and will often choose to settle there on her own with the door left open. Because Jiska spent much of her life living outdoors with limited exposure to everyday household life, she’s still building confidence with certain experiences. She can occasionally be a little skittish around unfamiliar noises or objects, so she’d do best in a calmer home where she can settle into a routine. She continues to gain confidence everyday and lets her sweet personality shine. Jiska enjoys going for walks and has excellent leash manners, happily walking right by your side. Like many huskies, she has a bit of prey drive and may be tempted to chase squirrels or other small critters, but she’s otherwise polite and easy to handle on leash. She also rides exceptionally well in the car and is happy to accompany you wherever life takes you. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle companion who enjoys being close to her people, Jiska is ready to find the family she’s been waiting for. The adoption fee for this pet covers the cost of care which may have been for several weeks or several months depending on the health and other needs. The fee also covers all vet bills during this time to ensure his/her health is improved or maintained and provides you with assurance that this dog has been well cared for while in our possession and evaluated to meet your home's needs. Included in this fee is also life- long training support provided by PLAY! K9 Academy located in Parrish, FL as well as Life time microchip registration. When you adopt from a local shelter, you may not receive any medical history for this dog nor will you receive any behavioral history. We hope you understand that the minimal adoption fee we are asking is to continue our mission to rescue unwanted herding and working breeds from shelters/owners and get them adopted to their forever home.
