Story
Pegasus is a very affectionate girl. She is an inside dog only! But requires a fenced in yard to play. We unfortunately have to rehome her because even after years of attempting to introduce them, she wants to kill our cat. It’s not fair to the cat anymore to put her in danger. Pegasus will hunt and kill rabbits and birds outside if not watched. She just has more primal instinct than other dogs and cannot be trusted around anything other than other dogs and humans. To humans, she loves to cuddle and wants lots of affection. We prefer she goes to a home where she isn’t alone all day while you’re at work.

Story
Meet the fiery Blaze Blaze is a 3 year-old husky mix with a fiery energetic soul. He can be very high energy as it is in his DNA to be wild. He is a good boy otherwise. He loves to play and jumpy around, and when its time to settle down he will lay with you and love on you. Blaze would definitely do well in a house with a big yard to run around in and have the freedom of space all the time. He can get a little mouthy at times as it is his way of affection and showing you he loves you. Blaze is waiting for the right forever family who will be patient and love him and his wild side.

Story
Ivy is a high-energy, intense girl who’s going to need an experienced, confident handler to help her thrive. Shelter life has been especially hard on her, and a lot of what you’re seeing is simply a smart, driven dog with nowhere to put all that energy. With structure, patience, and consistency, Ivy has real potential to make progress. She does well with other dogs and can enjoy canine companionship, but she will need an adult-only home — no kids. Ivy isn’t for a first-time dog owner, but for the right person who’s willing to put in the work, she could be an incredibly rewarding project and a loyal partner.

Story
This handsome blue-eyed gentleman came to us by way of Clewiston Animal Control, as they were out of space. He also came to us with a fracture of his right front paw. As we always do, we went the extra mile and then some for Liberty. He had an orthopedic consult with our favorite specialist in Naples. The consult led to surgery, an arthrodesis, and a very lengthy recovery period. Now fully healed, Liberty is ready to find a kind and loving forever home. Why not come out and stare into these blue eyes today!
