🐾⭐Spotlight Pup of the Day!⭐🐾Ooh, this beauty is a delight! Hazy is easy...calm, housebroken, and graceful like a queen. She doesn't jump and has an easy energy level, even after being locked in a small kennel for days at a time. I haven't heard her make a peep either, so add quiet to her list of classy traits! 😍 She seems to get along well with other dogs. Hazy's temperament indicates she would meld quite easily into any household, any lifestyle. A lady as graceful as this deserves a cozy sofa, not a concrete floor. We desperately need adopters, rescuers, and foster parents. The dogs just keep coming in. 💔Hazy is at the Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter in Danielsville, GA. Apply to adopt or foster her here --> https://www.petfinder.com/dog/hazy-76830944/ga/danielsville/madison-oglethorpe-animal-shelter-ga204/Or visit the shelter from 12-5pm, Wednesday-Saturday and 12-4pm on Sunday. (706) 795-2868Please call the shelter at (706) 795-2868 to schedule a meet and greet.Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles. We are open intake, meaning we can not turn away animals from either county we serve. Our shelter intakes double or triple it's capacity every month so it is essential we place animals quickly into adoptive homes. Since so many animals enter the shelter we often don't have enough volunteers to write an individual bio for each. Please feel free to call the shelter Wednesday-Sunday to inquire about the animal you are interested in. 706-795-2868.Viewing and adoption hours at our shelter are Wednesday through Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM. All adoption fees include age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, and spay or neuter, microchip, and adoption packet. Fees:Dogs over 6 months old: $100Puppies under 6 months: $200. Story
🐾⭐Pup Spotlight of the Day!🐾⭐Meet Judy (black with a sunshine smile that never quits😍)! This 5-month-old pup is a dynamic duo of sweetness and fun. She's a medium-sized bundle of happiness who still has a little growing to do—but don’t worry, she's not wild. Just a joyful, gentle soul who was SO excited to stretch her legs and explore during her photo shoot that it was nearly impossible to get her to sit still. (Honestly, can you blame her?)Judy’s waggy, jovial energy is contagious. She's friendly, snuggly, and the perfect mix of playful and mellow for a young pup. She's been waiting patiently at the shelter for a month now, if you can believe it. We have so many young pups, and they just sit and grow up here with us. Adoptions have been so, so slow.😣 We desperately need help y'all. Please call the shelter at (706) 795-2868 to schedule a meet and greet.Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles.
