Story
This is my darling girl Layla. She’s 6.5 years old. I am needing to find a home for her seeing as I do not have time for her to give her the love attention and care that she deserves. She is an amazing girl. She is sweet and loving. She gets along well with other dogs. She can be territorial when it comes to food But otherwise gets, along with pretty much most dogs. She gets along very well with males more than females. Shes a bit lazy but loves to play and go on walks. She loves treats, is potty trained, and listens fairly well. She loves wet hair and rubbing her nose all over it and laying under your feet and bed. She is terrified of the groomers so she gets trazodone when she goes. I am needing to find her a new home someone who can give her the love and attention she deserves. I hate having to do this because she has been with me for almost all her life but due to living situation and schedule changes with work I will have no time for her and deserves more. Please help

Story
Nadia is a sweet 7 year-old Husky-Labrador mix. She is currently living with her owners. She is healthy and has been well cared for. She recently lost her kennel mate and is sad to be alone now. Her family loves her very much, but wants her to be in a home with another dog to play with. At 7 years old Nadia is past the crazy puppy stage of life, but still has years of love, adventure, and husky shenanigans ahead of her. Nadia is shy and a bit timid at first, but she gets along with all humans she meets and does well with dogs she knows and trust. She has the classic husky personality… Playful, sweet, loving, and occasionally has mischievous tendencies shredding her dog bed and toys. She is also an escape artist if she’s bored, but always comes back home. She enjoys being outdoors. She has been living in a large climate controlled kennel and has access to a fenced outdoor area. She would love to be in a home with another dog to run and play with. Weight 55 lbs. Spayed & chipped.

HI - I'M MISTO! I am a young (about a year and a half old) husky-shepherd mix (maybe with some Australian Cattle Dog thrown in) rescued from a crowded California shelter. I was terrified there -- I mean really scared. I wouldn't even come up to greet people. But after a few days out of there, my sunshine personality came out! I'm a loving, dog-friendly boy who would do well with another dog in the home, or as an only dog, too. I love to play and am happy! Change is a bit scary for me so I would do well with both a patient and active person, who could take me for walks, hikes and other outings. I have the most beautiful blue eyes, and I weigh about 50 lbs. Please email for an application! I currently need a foster or forever home.

WOOF! I'M PATCH! I'm a 2-1/2-year-old husky mix in need of a foster or forever home! I was rescued from a California high-kill shelter in the nick of time and am currently in a foster home in Aberdeen, Wash., though can be transported to Western Idaho. I'm a young, active dog, and am friendly, playful, smart, curious and very athletic. I'm also strong, and need a a strong owner who can be my companion. I am affectionate and will give kisses once I get to know you. I love treats and food in general. I also enjoy human attention and affection, and would do best with someone who is active. I've been tested with other dogs and did well on my dog test, though I'd thrive also as an only dog with a person or people who loves to go for walks, hikes or other outings because my husky energy can turn some dogs off. A couple years ago I was adopted by a couple who soon realized they were not active enough for me, so they brought me to a crowded California shelter. I am a loving dog and would do best with a person or people who can take me for walks, hikes or other outings. I'm very affectionate and love to be petted. I do great with other dogs! MEET BASS & TENOR! This happy and loving duo has waited much too long for a home but we can't split them up. They are a loving, fun pair of playful dogs who need a foster or forever home! They are very affectionate toward people, and love, love, love each other. They are likely brothers, who found themselves at a crowded California shelter with no adoption interest. Fortunately they were rescued but still haven't found a home yet. They must be adopted together as they are extremely bonded. Both are almost 8 years old. Bass, the brown-and-white pup, weighs only 55 lbs., and Tenor (tan and white) weighs about 60 lbs. They are fun, active pups who love to run, play and snuggle with each other. They would love to be adopted by someone who could take them on hikes, walks and other outings. They currently play with each other for entertainment but it'd be great for them to branch out and see the world. Bass & Tenor love to jump up and give kisses. They are not super friendly with other dogs, so should be the only dogs in the home - but they have plenty of love to give and will be grateful to whomever adopts them. If you can foster or adopt Bass & Tenor, please email for an application. They are currently in Southern California but can be transported to Idaho.
