Della is a 5-year-old Pit Bull/Husky mix with a brain full of brilliance and a heart full of love. She’s been with us for 467 days—that’s 467 days of being a volunteer favorite, 467 days of walking her usual routes, and 467 days of dreaming about the great big world with a human of her own by her side. Della is incredibly smart, deeply affectionate, and always ready for her next adventure. Whether it’s a hike through the woods or a car ride to anywhere, she’s all in—as long as it’s with you. But finding the right home for Della has been hard. She needs someone experienced, someone who understands that dogs like her—full of curiosity, loyalty, and energy—need structure and time to settle in. She’ll need a home without other pets or children, but if you give her your heart, she’ll give you hers a thousand times over. She’s currently part of our Pawsitive Pawgress Program, which includes three free training sessions with KindK9s after adoption to help ensure she’s set up for success in her new home. If you’re the kind of person who sees a dog like Della and knows her potential—please come meet her. 467 days is too long.

I got him when he was 6 weeks old. He has always been able to come and go in and out of my house. He is allergic to chicken. He has a lot of energy. He does good with other animals but plays a little rough. He likes to jump and lick but will eventually stop. He needs somewhere with a yard.

While he's a bit cautious with new experiences and unknown dogs, he's a sweet pup who loves affection once he feels comfortable. Ky is an adult dog who is eager to find a forever home where he can receive love, care, and lots of tasty treats. He's a great listener who is always up for an adventure and is just waiting for someone to give him a chance. If you believe you could be that someone, please consider adopting Ky. "Just like Ronnie says...be my little baby." This stunning girl is a super shy one. She does take some time to warm up. So she needs someone patient. She is a Shepard mix. She is 3-4 years old. She has not been around kids, so she needs some training. She will sit so pretty, but hasn't graduated to going on walks yet. She is super aware of her surroundings so anything different she has to get used to. She has made a lot of progress and we have faith she will make someone a great partner.

She does have the husky energy level. Her favorite playmate is a 85lb male bully mix. She loves water and is the first to play hose tag with the kennel techs. She would be best with a family familiar with the husky breed. Her kisses sometimes turn to nibbles, but we are working on that. She is all ready to go to her forever home.
