Mika is a 14 month old girl husky, she knows "Sit, pawn, wait, go, stay, up, down, quiet, heel, play dead", she is a smart dog. She grew up with 3 kids and nice to people. Her vaccines are up to date. She was spayed half year ago. We want to rehome her because we don't have enough time to take care of her.

Story
We got Yoshi from the humane society. He is approximately 7 years old. He is an energetic dog - when he wants to be! He loves to go on walks, but he is also content to lay at your feet while you watch TV. He gets along well with other dogs his size but thinks that smaller animals are playthings. He does okay with smaller children but he does tend to get super excited with his licking. He is housebroken and crate trained. Will pace or stare at you when he needs to go outside. Can get a little whiny if he thinks you need to pay him more attention. He would do well in a home that has fenced space for him to run around in or an owner that has time to devote to daily walks.

Chief is 9 years old very loving and cuddly. He is very active loves to run. He has lots of attitude and will howl at you when you talk to him. He needs someone that can give him a lot of attention and can take him on walks daily. He wants to adventure. Great family dog!!

Signed over for being "unwanted at the Eldorado Animal Shelter, Guppie was scheduled for euthanasia. We pulled him from the shelter to keep him alive and he is currently in boarding looking for a foster or forever home. He is so friendly, happy, energetic and has the cutest zoomies. This dapper gentleman would make an excellent companion.

Kavik is an Alaskan Husky mix and is a very loving dog who found himself at the Wichita Animal Shelter. He's a bit nervous meeting new people but warms up quickly and has no problem cuddling with you if you if you can keep his attention. He has tons of energy, so an active family is a must for him. IHe is great with the kids ages 6&10 in his current foster home, but needs to work on social skills. He wants to say hello to every animal but comes off as a little too eager/intrusive when given the chance to say hi. He wants to be an alpha so he can be persistent about shows of dominance with other dogs. He has little interest in playing fetch. He is a great running companion but needs some work to slow down on walks (gentle leader works ok but it bugs him). He is mostly house trained. He has been kenneled when he can't be watched and shows signs of separation anxiety when he's left alone. He has only had a couple of accidents inside the house. He has a scar on his right cheek and left front leg for reasons unknown. He does know some common commands like sit and come and is very food driven. He is a fast eater but hasn't shown too much protective actions towards people getting close while he's eating. He does not like being pulled by his collar by your hand (maybe a trigger from past human aggression?) but is ok when its done with a leash. Overall he is a great dog that just needs a little training and a family who will love him and love to be active with him. Visit www.beautiesandbeasts.org for more details.
