Story
This is the lovely Luna. She is a younger (between 1 and 2) Siberian Husky. She has been in a foster home for a few days now and we have learned that she is a typical husky (high energy, talkative and a fence jumper!). She gets along well with other dogs and also enjoys being in the house with her humans. She probably would not do well with cats because she gets overly excited on walks when she sees the neighbor cats She has done well in a crate when left for a few hours alongside her foster dog brothers. She also enjoys daily walks and car rides. She was unsure about having her feet touched and being hugged so foster mom has been working on that and she is much better if you stay relaxed and take your time. May not love it at the vets office though. If you are interested in meeting Luna, please contact an Adoption Counselor and bring any dogs you have in the home to meet her so we can make sure it is the best fit. We do prefer previous husky owners. Again remember, huskies are famous for being escape artists so if you do not have a tall secure fenced in area where she can be when she is outside, she will need to be in the house supervised. Primary Color: Red W/white Weight: 36.5 Age: 1yrs 2mths 1wks
